We wanted a simple but good looking block wall to be used as a compost pit and shovel rack. At a time when most contractors are too busy to be bothered with a small job, Dylan and his team came out relatively quickly for an estimate and gave a written proposal for a competitive price the next day. We were able to schedule the work shortly thereafter. Their mason Rafael is an artisan and worked very hard, quickly, and cleanly.

The owner of this company is very nice and pays very close attention to detail regarding the job. If  I had any questions he was willing to answer it and help me understand everything that is going on throughout the process.

He showed up to take a look at the job, never got an estimate, never responded to my follow up text inquiring about the estimate.

We began a big remodel on February 1st and It has been a great experience so far. The team Bob has brought together is nothing short of fantastic! He keeps us in the loop on an almost daily basis and, if you can believe it, we are AHEAD of schedule. We have even had 3 neighbors stop us to say how impressed they were with the crew - onsite each morning, not outside taking breaks, and cleaning up each night. I'll post a final review but if you are looking for a recommendation, look no further!

We had our covered patio extended by Brooks Built and it was an absolute pleasure to work with them. They were very upfront on costs and process of the entire project and they delivered with exactly as expected. They provided great communication throughout the process with picture updates, texts, emails... really not certain they could have done any better in any of the aspects. They cleaned up after themselves which was important to me, not to mention the most important part the extended patio project... the patio looks great and looks as though it was there from the beginning of the home being built. I have never done Yelp.  But for Kent, and the work that he has done on our bathroom and kitchen, this will be the first.  Kent does exactly what he says he's going to do, when he says it will get done, and the outcomes are fantastic.  We have communicated from afar; the interactions have been appropriate (called instead of texted when required), accurate (outcomes are what are expected) and timely (we have renters with whom we had to coordinate schedules).  Kent and his crew get a big thumbs up and I would highly recommend their work!
