A true pleasure to work with, Bob and the team came out quickly, quoted competitively, and most important, performed great work. They kept me informed from start to finish, so I knew exactly what was going on through each phase of the project. The quality and professionalism is second to none. This was no small job, as it included severe damage to first and second floor balconies, stucco, large wooden beams, spiral staircase, flooring and wood rot. They came through for my family and I to get my home back to 100%. Bob and VETSBuilt will be the only home remodel/renovation contractor I use. I sincerely recommend this company. We initially found Solid Home Renovations on Yelp for a full home renovation including knocking down walls & installing beams, raising ceilings, leveling floors, new kitchen, bath, flooring throughout and more! Boy did we get lucky! After the initial meeting, Danny won us over with his personality, knowledge and organization in planning for the reno. We knew immediately after he left that he would be the best fit. Since the job was so big, we did move out during most of the renovation, but Danny made sure we were informed daily on everything that was going on in the house, texting pictures & answering any questions we had. He efficiently updated our more than fair quote to reflect our changes/add-ons throughout the entire process. Time-wise, his team finished the job in 6 weeks as he forecasted. The guys cleaned up after themselves daily, I have never seen a cleaner worksite! The attention to detail when installing fixtures, floating shelves, painting, trim, etc was superb. !

We just wrapped up project with Canterra Construction in our new build. They guided us throughout the process as we transformed our plain, asymmetrical, and inverted TV wall to the focal point of our home. Their entire team is great and we felt supported by all of them over the course of the month-long process. We can't wait to tackle other projects in our home with Canterra Construction!

Spicegirls are the best! I found them through Yelp, and they were quick to help me. I wanted a full bathroom remodel. We met virtual then i went into their showroom to pick the final choices. Rosa is an absolute delight. She worked with me to stay within my budget. She even came to my house the next day just to put the samples in the bathroom to see if it would look good in person. Her communication was excellent. I always knew what was going on & when. She also sent pictures while i was out of town. They have great taste & did an excellent job with my bathroom, highly recommend!

Very happy with Rhino Construction and already thinking of more projects, now that I have found a reliable, professional, and courteous licensed contractor.
Was contacting Licensed Contractors for a couple of small projects that were beyond my abilities when I came across Rhino Construction, their response time was quick, the estimator's site review was scheduled, and the estimates came in close to what I was expecting.
The roofers arrived early on the agreed-upon day for the work to start, they were done fixing the broken tiles, replacing the cement caps, striping off the flat roof over the patio, replacing the dry rotted fascia boards, and gone by early afternoon.
While the roofing team was busy working away, the site supervisor showed the carpenter the work to be done inside.
By the end of the week, they were painting, cleaning up, and checking for any loose ends.

Carlos came out on a Saturday to give us an initial estimate for Painting cabinets, interior and exterior of a home we recently purchased.

His initial estimate was very detailed and he answered any questions we had. I've been super skeptical to paint cabinets as they never look quite "right" but our budget only allowed for a small update.

Carlos was very friendly and our cabinets look absolutely phenomenal. I am hard to please and my boyfriend asked Carlos to do one more cost to ensure they looked perfect.

When we are ready to paint the exterior, he will be the first person we call!

I can't say enough good things about Vlad and his crew. Vlad responded to my request the first day and quoted me a fair price. They were all very, very nice people who knew what they were doing and they worked so well together, my job was completed in one day and they helped me get my furniture back in place, too, so my house was back in order before I went to bed. They were friendly and professional and a pleasure to have working in the house all day. Vlad sent me an email the following day making sure I was happy with their work (I am).  Who does that anymore?   I guarantee you will be very happy with this company.

We hired Jonathan to remodel my mom's home around December 2022 and the project was finished early April 2023. I am super impressed with him: he's reliable, very accommodating and receptive to changes, great with communication, and he has great connections to get pretty much anything done. Labor and pricing are probably the most reasonable I've seen. Jonathan is quick to resolve issues and we had a great experience. I would definitely work with him again for another remodel in the future.

I have known Keith for years...found them on a site years back and asked if they could help my old boss paint some rooms in our office.  They did great!  Later, I hired them to paint some rooms in my home and install a super cool rock mailbox as my old one was falling apart.  They also painted my old bosses exterior of his home, did lots of electrical, installed some pigeon proof material, and he was super happy with them.  The company is super fast at communicating, estimates, and just  all around great people.  Ask for Keith...he will help get any/all projects taken care of. Amazing company folks...don't look anywhere else!!!

Bryce at HBO Construction was great! He was responsive, on time, and did great work on our bathroom shower.

After several estimates, we knew Bryce was the guy for the job. He was fair and knowledgeable without giving us a crazy dollar amount to do the job.

10/10 will be recommending him to our friends and family!

It's worth notating that Matthew is no longer with the company and I'm guessing that's where the quality has and communication has suffered. Genuinely nice, hard working guys. They worked very long hours with no breaks. Price was better than any of the other bids I received for the job. Communication is really lacking. Upon accepting the bid I was asked to send KGB product/vendor info and to them so KGB which I did. As the project date approached I inquired if the product had been ordered and was told I should order it at this point we are only 4 days away from the project date and by the time I was told to order the product it was no longer available locally and would not be delivered by the project date. I did not want to leave KGB hanging with a canceled job I ran to big box flooring store and picked a product that was locally in stock. Caveat: stair nose pieces are special order and back ordered but at least I have all the flooring ready for the date I committed to. At trio member 1's recommendation I ORDERED EXACTLY WHAT I WAS TOLD TO ORDER we just split the project into two separate jobs as to not cancel original project date. Long story short I knew my stairs would be a pain in the ass and I voiced my concerns and asked for trim details on original walk through as well as when I was left to order product.End result: Unfortunately after I paid them they pointed out where "***** got tired" on the stair cuts so now I have these stairs with trim that I need to either pay to get redone professionally or just look at them everyday as a reminder of where "***** got tired" .  After reaching out to the company they made excuses and told me they should have charged more and gave me a hard time because they had to "work with the "materials I made available" ie the materials they were suppose to order but never did which ended up being the exact materials they told me to order. They set the price I paid it, they sent a long letter itemizing what they should have charged and what they would charge to fix their poor workmanship.Moral of the story: you get what you pay for save the headache and just pay a professional team it's what you'll end up paying to fix their work in the end anyways  and their business model is "DO YOU THINK THAT IF WE HAD TO PULL OFF AGAIN, THE COST WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN QUITE A BIT MORE?" Because doing a good job in the first place isn't implied .
