Our side gate recently fell off the cinder blocks. I reached out to Alfonso (Elizalde's Welding) on Saturday evening and he said he could come out the next day (Sunday) to do the repair - amazing! Since we were repairing the gate we thought we better have him replace the wood slats and refresh the paint too. Alfonso offered a great price for the repair and the refresh. I was a little uncomfortable when he asked for cash upfront to go buy the materials but agreed to let me meet him at Home Depot to pay with my HD credit card. He worked all day to get the job done and made it look like new!! We will be calling Alfonso for other work soon.

I am theFacility Manager for our church. Our property is on a hill and had some drainage problems. I contacted Tom from a reference from a neighbor. He corrected the flooding problem we were having with the neighbors at a cost far below other estimates. He is knowledgeable in grading and drainage issues. We have also used his service for major tree trimming and he has saved some of our trees we had some concern with. The last project was replacing gravel in our parking lot islands and frontage. His bid was competitive and the service and clean up completion was beyond my expectations. We will use his expertise and service in the future. I have used Bob's Tree and Landscaping in the past, and I'll admit they are responsive and thorough.  BUT they are pricey!  The last time I called them for a quote, it was to remove a 18' dead Italian Cypress.  I thought the quote was high, but as it was at an occupied rental property in Sedona so I went with it.  The last time I called for a quote, it was to remove a large pine tree branch that had partially crashed down due to recent heavy snow.  Bob's quoted $950; a competing local tree service company quoted $650, but they were able to complete the job for $550.  A BIG difference....
