He communicated well, showed us photos of previous work they had done and listened to our requests. We wanted a custom panel/kickplate for a new gate, and some fencing. He took our ideas and emailed a sketch of proposed design, which we then modified. They emailed the modified sketch for our approval and we made a 50% deposit. Our gate and fencing were professionally installed in one afternoon within two weeks. We couldn't be happier. Would definitely recommend.
