Jason came out to my house, fixed the gate, installed a couple of stops to prevent the gates from opening in the wrong direction as promised.

We he arrived, we noticed the wall the gate was attached to, was separating from the house, he was able to straighten out the wall and installed a bracket to the wall and the house.

Everything is working great again.

I wouldn't hesitate to use Alpha again if needed.

Salesman was great and patient with me as we picked out my door. Unfortunately when the man came to install it, the door was made incorrectly with the handle on the wrong side. Only after the installer drilled holes into the stucco of the house did he realize the door was made incorrect. They did rush the corrected door to me, but it has given me numerous issues since installation.  The quality of the metal is not as sturdy as a previous security door I purchased elsewhere. It rattles and vibrates each time it is opened and closed. The door continues to come unhinged because the installer used too small of screws. When I called the company I was told I would have to pay to have a service technician to come out to check on the issues I was having with the door. Big disappointment.
