My wife and I choose vetsbuilt after getting several bids for our kitchen. They not only gave us a very competitive bid but assured us they could do a great job. They did!  They came in on budget. They were extremely attentive to detail. They completed on time. We highly recommend them and we could not be moe pleased with their work.

Trying to get a contractor out to do the less exciting work is difficult right now.  Multiple contractors told me remodels only and 1 even told me nothing under 20k!  Previously I had contracted with Lowes for my door and they backed out because it was "too hard" (I kid you not!).   I was straight with Vlad about my less than exciting needs and he was more than willing to do the work. His estimate was the same as Lowes and fairly priced.

Vlad told me his team would be there at a specific date/time.  They showed up EXACTLY as promised to the minute.  They worked efficiently without need of support from me and came prepared to do the job.  I got 1 call about something they saw while working the property; this was my issue, not theirs and I appreciated the fact they told me what they saw.   They didn't mind the fact I would sneak out to look at their work (I like to watch professionals do their job; its fascinating!).  They cleaned up nicely, walked me through what they did, and I paid with a check no hesitation.

But what I would want you to notice is that the texture in consistent and lines up with the original texturate on the gypsum.  This is what a professional should do; but not all professionals actually do this!  The second photo is of an access door to my air handler that he replaced.  Not exiting; but it had to be done!

I had an outdoor patio wall commissioned through them and it came out spectacular! They put up the wall quickly and efficiently, and I was really impressed with the work! Will be returning to finish patio floor and likely much more!

We hired VAM Construction and Remodeling to close in a drywall entertainment.  Their estimate was 42% lower than the highest bid.  The project included closing in the entertainment center, removing an old TV from a different wall, patching and painting that wall, installing an electric fireplace, and hanging a Frame TV.  VAM arrived as scheduled.  They began work on the Monday before Thanksgiving (11/21/22) and it was completed on Tuesday, 11/30/22.  VAM employees were friendly, competent, and asked questions to ensure the project met expectations. The wall looks better than I imagined. I'm so happy I chose VAM and will call them for our next project.  THANK YOU!

My wife and I recently moved into a new home that was looking pretty rough on the outside. We set up a walkthrough with Global Elite Builders to look into painting the interior and exterior. Jon and his team are wonderful to work with. I needed my kitchen and bathroom remodeled and was lost on choosing a design. It was for a rental property and I had a budget but also didn't want to cut corners on the design. Very efficient, and met the budget and time line. I look forward to using him on future projects.

Contacted Danny through yelp, got a rough estimate and scheduled an on-site meeting for a more in depth view of our master bath remodel. First I must say, I'm particular to whom I contract with and punctuality can typically be a first impression indicator. You don't have to be 10 minutes early, just be on time. Danny scheduled a time due to his heavy workload, and he stuck to it. My wife and I met with him, discussed our options and decided to hire him to replumb our entire shower. Keep in mind, not because he was the cheapest, but because he spoke with confidence, understood what we were asking for and knew how to knock it out.  We added a second showerhead, 3 way diverter, capped a drain and moved and centered a new drain. Danny is meticulous, and left our bathroom clean and free of any construction debris. Kudos to these guys. I will absolutely recommend Danny and his crew to anyone looking for plumbing work. And now when some asks about a plumber I'll say, "You're in luck, I've got THE guy." Lastly, we went through several "contractors" looking for someone to do this work, however without a doubt, Danny is THE GUY you want doing it.

The owner of this company is very nice and pays very close attention to detail regarding the job. If  I had any questions he was willing to answer it and help me understand everything that is going on throughout the process.

We were dreading tackling an out of state renovation on a family investment property. We had a roof leak into a very small space behind our water heater. There was small water damage and a bit of mold. Other companies quoted us $1700-2700 because they wanted to remove the water heater. Elias was able to do it for a third of the price without removing the water heater! He was a great contractor to work with- let me know when he was on the way and was very understanding of our wanting to keep costs down. He did a great repair job and we plan to ask him to help us with other projects in the house. Thanks Elias!

Gilbert, from Royal Construction Services, was great to work with. He helped me replace 3 wood porch and carport posts at my older home.  Unlike the old posts, the new posts have been installed on post bases, which should help keep them dry and secure for years to come. Gilbert was fast, flexible and affordable.

Unreliable and unprofessional. Everado delivers false promise after false promise and cannot be trusted. Avoid this company.
