Desert Custom Flooring! Alex and his team did a shower remodel for me in my house recently and man! It's look so amazing and beautiful. Highly recommend these professional guys. Their craftsmanship and getting the job done is just 5 stars all around.

This company has zero interest to do business with us. I took all the time to take pics of our bathroom, walls, windows, shower area needs to be done and we need a contractor in our fountain hills home. I even took the time to fill out all the necessary questions on their yeIp website. I read all the great reviews and I am extremely excited to give them a business. We have 3 properties in Fountain Hills and 1 condo that needs to be upgraded by 2019 too. The owner didn't even had any courtesy to text, call my husband for any alternative date or even any options. Very unprofessional and what a waste of time.

Needed a quick job done so I could schedule a city inspection. Michael responded right away, and came on time the next day. He made the repairs that I requested, and another on his own for no additional charge. All in all, a great experience, and I recommend Michael's Construction for drywall repair. I now have another source for handyman work in Scottsdale. Thanks Michael.

One other thing: some contractors would not have responded because the job was pretty small, so I commend Michael for quoting a fair price and giving great value.

After researching a few contractors, I chose Golden Bear contracting to do our 3 bathroom remodels. I could not have been happier with my choice. Mike did an outstanding job. He put in new countertops, sinks, faucets, flooring, mirrors, tile, reconfigured our shower, enclosed our tub, painted, etc. He was so easy to talk to, was always available to answer my many questions, such a hard worker, very responsible, and reliable. I am thrilled with my new bathrooms. If you have any doubts, read his reviews and hire him. You'll be so happy that you did!!

We recently moved to Phoenix and went through the overwhelming process of bidding out new countertops throughout our home.  We met with & received bids from 4 different companies, once we met Fabio, we knew we wanted to go with him.  To our surprise, their bid was the lowest when equally compared & the amount of professionalism was tremendously more than the rest.  The crew came in to do the job on time, they were fast, clean, and took care of my home like it was theirs when they demo'd the old countertops to put in the new.  We could not recommend anyone more than Fabio & his crew.  We're putting in backsplash next week and will post photos then!

We recently moved into our new Toll Brothers home and had a challenging time looking for a good contractor that will design my entertainment wall at a reasonable and fair price.  With the recent challenges we all face with contractors taking advantage of price spikes, and long wait time for a project to begin, Canterra Construction beat the competitor's reliability and price!  Initially, I contracted for an entertainment wall design with them.  Cathy took it to a personal level in designing my wall and brought samples of stones and tiles.  She factored in my interior designs, colors, and furniture to select the best.  And wow, my husband and I are so amazed with the professionalism, reliability, designs, and the material used for our wall that it became one of the wow factors of my home!  Because of this company's professionalism and awesome work, I continued to contract them for my back and front yard.  Again, Cathy understood our goal.  She uniquely put together another great design at an affordable price.  Next contract is for accent walls and designs for all my rooms.  I am excited for this project. I contacted KC Krew to roof a new addition to my home and possibly re-roof my entire home.  I met with Karla and Alex and they were very professional, respectful and understanding of me as a homeowner who had a very bad experience with a general contractor.   They provided me with a great quote and I ended up hiring them.  Alex's crew showed up on time and did a significant amount of work the first day removing the old shingles and prepping for the new ones.  They finished the next day and I am very pleased with the quality of their work in addition to cleaning up all of the roofing debris.  Not that I will be needing a new roof anytime soon, but I'd call them back up in a heartbeat and I will recommend them to my friends.  Thank you Karla and Alex!

Ericka was amazing! I had to re tile my shower walls, and put in a new shower pan. They were booked a week or two out from when we first spoke (sign of a solid business), but Ericka was up front with me from the beginning on time frame and pricing. Got several quotes, and was very competitive with pricing, and did a fantastic job.

Follow up - some of the grout was loosening up (because of the schluter board I chose to use behind the tile), but she had someone come out and fix at no cost.

Would recommend 10/10, and I am completely satisfied. Thank you for a job well done.

Clayton promptly responded the same day to our request for consultation and quote on the replacement of a pergola shade structure. He was very personable and pleasantly discussed multiple options for layout and materials. His quote was detailed and thorough. He leveraged a 5 man crew for the job in the interest of getting the job done professionally and in a timely manner. All the guys on his crew were great. We felt as if this group was taking care of us as they would their own families. They even cleaned the worksite cleaner than they found it. We will definitely call on Gusto Construction again and highly recommend them!

We hired them to do a few changes in our backyard. Remove old rock and replace with new as well as install a few mini palms and install a paver path along the side of the house and install new sod. At first they only had one person working on it so project ended up taking longer than expected. During install they tried dumping old rock into neighbors side which also had rock of a different color. I had to tell them to remove them and dispose of them like we had agreed. Then they did not level ground before laying down sod. All sprinklers are at different height with giant holes around each head where soil was dug up by them and not put back. Paver path is completely uneven and water line that they ran to mini palms was less than a foot deep and is now leaking and they refuse to make any repairs. Stay away from this company. Will also be reporting them to BBB.
