I was referred by my real estate agent. Marvin is not the cheapest, but learned that cheap contractors end up becoming expensive.  Marvin's prices are fair.  I fired him and hired a cheaper contractor, which was a huge mistake.  The. Inspector was going to almost shut me down because my guy didn't know what they were doing.  I called Marvin and he fixed my electrical and drywall problems really quick.    True statement.. you know when you missed up ,  when the city inspector shakes your contractor's hand and said thank you for coming back on the job.  My project   took triple the time and double the price.  Never again will I go with a cheap contractor.
