I came home from work last week to a house without AC, temperatures hitting the 90s and extremely muggy inside.  There was no way we were staying in that house all night with my 11 month old baby and dogs.  I was either getting us all a hotel room, or with any luck, track down an HVAC company in short notice.  I called 10 different companies (all highly rated on yelp) and left detailed voicemails.  Kevin, the owner of TX Star Srvs, was the ONLY company to return my call.  Not only did he return my call, he did so within 25 minutes of my call, and arrived at my house 30 minutes after that.  TALK ABOUT A+ AFTER-HOURS SERVICE!  He was very pleasant, professional, and understanding of my plight, having kids himself, he knew that there would be no way a baby could sleep in our house that night.

In ~45 minutes, he had the problem diagnosed, FIXED, and the AC blasting again.  I knew that I would have to pay extra for the after-hours emergency AC house-visit, but I think it was a fair price at the end of it, and definitely worth every penny.  I highly recommend this company! (side note... my bro-in-law is also in HVAC, he agreed that Kevin charged a fair price.)

They showed up EARLY (and were able to come out within 24 hours of my call) and helped solve my problem, while giving me a few options to help stay in my budget.

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. Nathan from CTX plumbing did an outstanding job trouble shooting and repairing my water heater. He was even able to work with the manufacturer to handle the part needed since was still under warranty.

Don't know where to start ...  Diel Rojas answered my plea for help two days ago when I realized our AC was not working at 7pm. I had heard good things about this contractor and trusted my instincts and called and sent an email asking for urgent help.   He responded within 5 minutes and was at my house within 40 minutes. Diagnosed the issue which could not be fixed until the next day. He helped me get a floor fan set up for my husband who is bedridden.   The next day a new compressor  was installed and cool air blowing in no time. I am so very grateful to him for his compassion and dedication to his customers.  Thank you Diel for all you did!

I belong to the Silver Club of Comfort Experts. I called in the morn and a technician was there in the late afternoon.  How many companies will do that for you? He checked out the unit and was able to give me a quote. He was personable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company!

Full transparency, we ended up going with a different company due to needing a same-day appointment, BUT the customer service at Milestone is incredible. Dylan really meant it when he said if you need anything, call back and ask for me. He left something else he was doing to answer when I called back, and he was so friendly and helpful. He wasn't reading off a script, so I felt like I could ask questions and actually have them answered. Very grateful to have had this good experience even in the middle of a plumbing issue!!
