I inquired via email and got a reply very quickly. Was able to schedule a visit quickly too. Showed up on time and was able to fix the problem in no time. Was professional and respectful. I will definitely be contacting next time I need an electrician's help.

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. I requested a quote for services through Yelp and Todd replied very promptly to discuss the electrical issues. We booked an appointment for the next day, which Todd arrived promptly (even early!) for. This was especially nice since the electrician we'd booked for the previous day no-showed their appointment.

Todd fixed our garbage disposal switch and switch plate (which had broken off), ensured it was in working order, and even asked if there was anything else that needed to be looked at. We had an outlet that never had power and he fixed that too! He was quick, affordable, and dependable.

We will be booking him for some bigger electrical repairs that he kindly surveyed with me at my appointment. Definitely recommend Puckett Electric!

I just bought a house and needed to have some work done that came up in the inspection. They were very responsive and were able to come out quickly to do the repairs. They installed a new electrical breaker, bubble protector and surge protector, and timer for my front door light and everything is working perfectly! I will continue to use them for future electrical needs!

There was a hot time at the ol' house last night!  Our AC died.  In AUGUST.  In TEXAS.  And it's HUMID.  We managed to swim to the phone for help just after 9am and were placed on stand-by.  With confident reassurance Tasha said someone would come see about us today at some point.  So we opened the windows and huddled in front of the fan with a large bowl of lemons.  This event clearly called for lemonade. Enough to fill the Jethro-pitcher.  

The phone rang before we sliced the lemons!  Big Bear Bryan arrived by 11am, replaced a part, waited for the inside temp to drop, and was done by 11:30.  He was prompt, polite, professional, and a pleasant kind of guy.  

Today we became lifetime customers of Big Bear.  You should, too.

My experience was the best service experience I may have ever had. From the first call to schedule the work to work complete, top notch. Jose, Trey and Russell conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism. I had an old panel removed, a new panel installed, several code required upgrades completed due to the new panel installation, all old switches and outlets removed and replaced, removed old fans/light fixtures as well as many new lights wired and installed. They were, professional, kind, focused, informative, and fast. They did excellent work. There was great communication from the team. I knew I was in great hands. Very impressed.
