I contacted four different electrical contractors. Only two returned my calls. Louis Lucero with High Caliber Electric and Jason Quynn with Quynn Electric both came to my house to give quotes on the work that needed to be done. Louis left a quote with me before he left. Jason said he would email the quote to me the following day. After two days I called their office and was told that they were still waiting for pricing from their supplier before giving me a quote. After a week I didn't hear from Quynn Electric and had High Caliber Electric do the work. Louis replaced all the circuit breakers in my box, after 40 years they were starting to fail and not trip. He ran a new line into the living room and installed additional outlets. He also ran some new outlets in the garage. He also diagnosed a rather serious problem with the wiring in our living room where a neutral wire wasn't installed correctly and we had arcing issues. I was very pleased with his work ethic, professionalism, knowledge and friendliness. Any problems he found he took the time to show me and explain what he was doing to correct the problem. He also patiently answered any questions I had. I felt what he charged for his work was more than fair and reasonable for the time he invested. I highly recommend High Caliber Electric. They do honest, excellent work for a fair price.

I recently had the pleasure of working with T2 Electric, a family-owned electrician company and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I've had with a service provider. From start to finish, this company was a joy to work with.

First off, the communication was excellent. Tyler, the person who answered my initial call was friendly and knowledgeable, and they were able to schedule a visit for me within just a few days. When the electrician arrived at my home, they were punctual and professional, taking the time to explain everything they were doing and answering any questions I had.

The quality of the work was top-notch. The electrician was clearly very experienced and knew exactly what they were doing. They were efficient and thorough, and they took care to clean up after themselves once the job was done.

But what really stood out to me was the level of customer service. This is a family-owned company, and you can really tell that they care about their customers. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the work they did, and they even followed up with me a few days later to make sure everything was still working properly.

Overall, I can't recommend this family-owned electrician company highly enough. They were professional, friendly, and provided excellent service. I will definitely be using them again for all of my future real estate investments.

The most valuable part of this visit: the electrician advised me to call the electric company first, because they have to respond and they won't charge you if the problem isn't on their lines.

Our lights were flickering when we used high-power appliances. It can be hard to locate the cause of this. Dominic searched everywhere, replacing or repairing a few things as he went. He asked a bunch of questions and repeatedly tried replicating the problem to diagnose what was wrong. Finally, with an appliance running, he rechecked the outside panel and realized the power was imbalanced as it entered the house: it was the electric company's neutral line, probably taken down by a branch. Yes, they charged me for his time, exactly what was estimated: only fair.

Finding a good electrician is a hard thing to do but to find an amazing electrician is even harder.   Roy and his wife Kimberly are just that team. They did an installation for me and came back to ensure everything was operating properly. They went far beyond was was expected to complete the project. They are highly skilled and their customer service is second to none. I highly recommend them and thank them for all their hard work.

Myself, a friend, and a family member all had very poor experiences with Jack Rushin at Custom Electric.  Jack did not complete the work he was contracted to finish and would hang up on me every time I called to ask when it would get completed.  Only when we threatened to sue did he finally agree to complete his work.  Jack is also incredibly unprofessional: Whether you like it or not, Jack will share his racist opinions, conspiracy theories, and hate for the government and will not leave a site until he feels he has sufficiently shared every thought with you (a family member had to call a neighbor to help get him out of her home).   Jack also did not correctly complete some of the work for my family member and friend; both had to hire other electricians to finish the job as they did not want to have to deal with Jack ever again.  I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for an electrician to avoid the huge hassle we all dealt with.

Amazing company.  I had them chasing an electrical problem in my basement for hours and hours.  The power in my basement was completely out - not a breaker issue, not a GFI trip, just a mystery.  They ran through all the options and got it back up and running with an ingenious solution.  I otherwise would have been ripping out drywall all over the basement to track down the problem.  Chris Rowe was tech.   They came out a couple days later with 2 guys to  close out the search and solution with no charge for day 2.  I'm so impressed, they are my new electrician for ANY items I have.
