Best Sconce Light Installation in Denver CO

Noah gave me a quote on some electrical work I needed done around the house. Hanging some new outdoor light fixtures, replacing some outlets and changing a lamp holder in the basement. Very reasonable price compared to other electrical companies, and did great work. We are very happy with the work, and when we need more electrical work done we will call again. I highly recommend giving them a call.

This company is super sketchy.

The work itself was done fine, although the tech, Sam, seemed unhappy and irritated to be there. We had some light fixtures installed.

The sketchy part that is that this contractor refused to give us their W-9 after we issued payment. We are required by law to obtain a W-9 for any work over $600 from all contractors from our account to prove that we issued these funds and that the contractor received this income.

I called and emailed but they refused. Now it makes sense that they offer a 5% discount for cash-only payment (not even for checks) and refuses to give out a W-9 for any work over $600 (even though it is required by law) so they can avoid paying taxes.

It seems unfair that they charge market rate AND avoid paying taxes, swindling money from the average American.

Submitted a web inquiry on a Friday, Titus called me over the weekend, and when we finally connected live on Monday morning they were able to schedule an estimate time that afternoon. By Thursday that week, the job was done!
I had them change 7 flush mount fixtures to LED can lights, and while I didn't get any other estimates, I was happy with the price, super quick communication and timeline, and their work. The guys were thorough in cleaning up afterwards, too. We have other electrical tasks in the queue so I'll definitely call Titus again when we're ready.

I called Jimmy about a tripping breaker.  He asked what was connected to it, and I mentioned the sump pump, at which point he said that often means the sump pump needs to be replaced.  So, he basically said that I should call a plumber first, instead of paying him to fix the breaker.  I'd say that's a pretty honest guy right there.  I'll be calling him again for sure.

Chris did a fantastic job with my major kitchen remodel!  He was always on time, responsive and professional throughout the entire process.  He even gave me some tips on design layouts that I wouldn't have thought of myself.   My kitchen turned out great and passed electrical codes with a breeze.  5 stars all around!

Chris and his apprentice came on time and quickly diagnosed and fixed my issue! Very happy with the result and I will definitely use this company again!

Just moved to Niwot, CO and the house had a couple of electrical issues.  So I called A Lamp Electric (based on positive Yelp reviews) and owner Paul picked up the phone right away.  He initially said he could not come until the next day, but he called me back a couple hours later and said his schedule had opened up and could come by immediately.  He was professional and courteous and friendly, and was able to take care of the two problems we were having (a CFI outlet that kept tripping and a hallway light that only worked half the time).  I thought his bill was very reasonable.  Would definitely use A Lamp Electric again.  Thanks, Paul!

Part of our house lighting went out yesterday and we couldn't figure out the source. We submitted a claim this morning through our home warranty plan and were assigned to Sin Jack electric. Within an hour I had a text that a service man (Matt) was in the area and could be by the same day. Matt found the problem, fixed an outlet, and put everything back to normal.

We have been putting off getting a quote for some extra electrical work being done in the house. We asked Matt if he could do it and he said absolutely. Hope it works out but as far as getting stuff done- these folks are amazing! Family run business and really responsive to their customers!

Great company!! Kind interactions! Cameron and his employees are great to work with and have handled our build from ground up. Quick and efficient. They had a two man crew at the house and I feel it helped save me a lot of money, if they needed extra parts one stayed and the other went to grab them. Keep up the great work!

My boyfriend was able to describe the work we needed and Antonio gave a quote over the phone. After working all day installing can lights, we needed to have a live wire traced, which required that they make a few holes in our wall. They were so worried that we would be upset about it but the alternative was to run a new wire. We chose the first option because patching a few holes is much easier and cheaper than running a new wire.

After cutting holes, they also wanted to clean up the dust. I told them to let my roomba take care of it.

We are so happy with Antonio and his crewmember's work. They were very professional and efficient especially when tasked with a crazy mess of wires from previous owners. Antonio was also very patient when he had to explain to me what landed meant and he explained it in terms I completely understood.

Jon the master electrician was able to fit me in under three days. He arrived and found several problems and fixed them on the spot. He provided a reasonable bid and was able to completely refurbish my house electical panel, meter, and new wiring under two weeks. I couldn't get other companies to come out in less than two weeks.

I needed a different electrician than the company we had used for so long but got too big and not good anymore. This is who I chose. So very glad I did. The gentleman who came out (the same day!) was knowledgeable, polite and efficient. He changed out a bfi plug that the company I was using had put in a year ago. We were lucky there wasn't a fire. We will use them from now on.

Great service. I'm not very electrically inclined and Kyle walked me through everything with a very fair estimate. When we both got home late and had questions he was kind enough to answer the phone when most would probably let it go to voicemail. I don't see a reason to go anywhere else if we need anything else done in the future.

I used Justin for a simple job, wiring an outlet in the basement, took 2 hours. He gouged me by charging me $600. Do NOT sign by the job, use time and materials. I called him 2 days after and he told me his hourly rate was $125. So he did gouge me. He became rude with me on the phone. He didn't wear booties in my house and didn't clean up after himself. I have a place in Beaver Creek and electricians charge $75/hour max. Use Justin at your own risk!

The initial job was really good and I was impressed. Then they came back and I felt like I was overcharged for what they did. When I called and mentioned that they forgot to install something, I was told that I will receive a callback -  but still waiting.

Know before you call: they have a $325 minimum. I waited a week for an estimate only to then find out about the minimum. I had described my problem in emailswe exchanged. It seems deceptive not to have told me about the minimum upfront.
