Kevin reviewed a couple videos of my malfunctioning washer. I did appreciate his honesty and integrity when he told me that it may not be cost effective for me to try to get it fixed. Maybe he did not get to make $ fixing my washer, but he definitely made me feel confident that he is a good business person and cares about his customers.
