Update-  had an honest company come and fix the whole thing for $500. Works great. Avoid this scam house at all costs.

I was recommended to Blue Sky by both my insurance agent and Restoration company when it was apparent that we had a water leak in the house which was not immediately detected snd source difficult to find. At first I was not completely happy with the plumber sent in by BSP however BSP quickly rectified the service issues, sent in a new plumber who found the problem proficiently, fixed it and then proceeded to not charge me for the inconvenience of not finding leak the first time. Very professionally handled and now I'm a happy customer

Cooper replaced our furnace and heat pump. The techs were polite and responsive to my questions.  When the whole house humidifier didn't work, they came back and fixed it without a fuss. Cooper's customer service training must be top notch cause the guys were all great. I'm going to switch my service plan from a competitor to these guys, too, because of my positive experience.

I really wanted to like Plumbline. I just needed a main sewer line to be cleaned and thought of their 93 or it's free campaign. We had just ran a camera down the line and it showed tree roots, so we wanted it cleaned. I called and scheduled an appointment for a week out (the soonest they could come). The canceled the appointment day of and rescheduled it for another week out. When they showed up for the 2nd appointment they told us that they didn't have the proper equipment to do the job and would have to send a specialist out a week later to run another camera down the line and educate us on our options.

I called to complain and see why that couldn't just do the job. Their consumer relations manager called me back to tell me that they needed to re-camera the line and make sure we knew all of our options. I told him we just wanted our line cleaned out a month ago, I don't understand why this is so difficult. He told me that it sounds like I should call another company because they don't need my business.

Okay, I understand and will call someone who does want to do the work we ask and isn't trying to up-sell and sign long service agreements.

Ultimately, they wanted to charge us for another camera job, charge us for extra service and sell us on a long term service agreement. The 83 or it's free is just a bait and switch to get them in the door and scare you into additional services.

We canceled before they ever came out. First appointment was rescheduled by them. Second one they called when they were supposed to be there (1st slot of the day) and said they'd be here in 30 minutes. They were still late. We called to cancel and they didn't even question it. Clearly they don't care about doing business with us.

We needed the simplest job done: an electrical outlet changed to a hard-wired box, for our new wall oven. Tipping Hat was available, and I needed a working oven, so I scheduled them. The worker arrived and looked at the job. He said $359!!!  I was shocked. I had expected to pay for an hour of time, so was anticipating it would cost around $100. Because I had to have it done that day, I told the worker I thought it was an outrageous price, but I had no choice. He countered with his spiel that Tipping Hat is a full-service professional operation, with expert workers, so they cost more. (Yeah, right!)
The worker spent maybe 30 minutes on the job, using one cheap metal box he had in his truck.
So, for that I paid $359!!!  I'll never call Tipping Hat again.
P.S. I keep getting emails from Tipping Hat, wanting my feedback. Twice I have sent my comments to them, and they have not responded a single time.
Stay away from Tipping Hat!!!

Absolute was able to get out to our house quickly and troubleshoot and resolve the issue. Very satisfied.

Do NOT use this this service. I had a leaky hot water heater, they came out and quoted me $4,000, saying I needed to replace the whole hot water heater and do a bunch of other work to bring things to code. There were no issues with the hot water heater other than the leak at the hot water hookup, so I refused to believe I needed to replace it. I had another plumber come out and look at it, he tightened the hookup and said it was fixed. He had to charge me $130 for the visit, but the work itself didn't even cost that much. He said there were no other issues with the unit and it could last me another 5-7 years. I am so glad I got a second opinion.
