Best Flame Sensor Repair in Denver CO
Ultimate Heating and Cooling did a great job on answering my questions and gave me quotes on a new furnace and air conditioner. I recommend you check around, and ask right off the bat what their schedule is because some places are not able to access equipment due to slo of the supply chain. Ultimate carries Carrier brand and they had the equipment ready and time in schedule to book in 2-3 working days after I made the decision to go with them. I mainly dealt with Ross M. He is as professional and answered my question quickly. Ross and Justin put the HVAC system in and made sure the met with my daughter to explain how to the system worked. The cost is a huge expense, but they worked with us and made us feel like we got a quality product and made us feel like we were not being taken. I highly recommend Ultimate Heating and Cooling.

o it actually pains me to write this review because I like to believe these guys are really good at what they do. I called to have a water line raised below my sink based on the recommendation of an inspector. Wilmer comes to the house (even earlier than originally planned) and takes a look. He tells me the line is already raised and no work is needed. I asked how much I need to pay and requested an invoice. Wilmer says he wouldn't charge me. Wow! Day 1 goes by nothing, day 2 goes by nothing. I call and leave a voicemail, no return call, I send a text, no return text, day 3 goes by nothing. My wife calls and he picks up and says he will send it to me. Another day goes by nothing. The thing is, while I appreciate not charging for work not done, I would have paid for his time and the invoice but they NEVER responded. Good luck with your experience.

Casey came by to evaluate installing a new hot water heater in our house. I want to say how knowledgeable, professional and personable Casey was. He patiently explained what would be involved in installing a tankless hot water heater, and clearly identified the costs and timeline. I appreciated his kindness and professionalism and will strongly consider this company for our HVAC needs based on his visit.
Thanks

We called Plumbline and asked to have a technician come by to connect the water line flex pipe from the Refrigerator to the copper line. The technician arrived on time took a look and told us he didn't believe he had what was needed to complete the job. He gave us an estimate (we thought) for $499. I took a look and made a suggestion, i.e. just connect the flex pipe (two female connections) to the two male connections. He attached the flex pipe connection as suggested and done! There were no parts used from his truck. Once finished he gave us a bill for the 30ish minutes of work, $499, no change to the estimate at all, we paid, what should we do.
We called Plumbline and asked if the $499 was the right price for 30ish minutes of work, took about 1 week (and many calls from our side) to get a response from someone. In the end we were not given an answer as to the hourly price. We were told it all depends on how far the technician has to drive, cost of the truck, gas, insurance, etc. basically a runaround. We were offered $25 off for parts not used plus an additional $100 because we were not happy, just didn't make sense.
ONE THING IS FOR SURE, WE WILL NOT RECOMMEND PLUMBLINE TO ANYONE, ON THE CONTRARY, WE WILL GIVE THEM OUR OPINION.

We always use Applewood Plumbing, a company that we have had great success with.A little pricey but always quality work. However, a coupler on a hose on my kitchen faucet broke and they couldn't come out soon enough. So I called AAA Service. Well, $338.00 later, the hose is fixed. For the money, must have something else, right? Nope! The plumber replaced a snap on hose. Took minutes. $338 ?????
Never again.
Never again.

Set up annual check up for a/c. Received email with pictures of team as stated & morning of appointment received call stating tech Adian was on his way. Promptly at 8a, Adian arrived. Checked out our a/c & asked when was the last time we had changed filter. I couldn't provide access to furnace due to garage sale this weekend. Yes, we will use Tipping Hat Plumbing, Heating, & Electric in the future.
Thank you,

Came home from work to no heat with a 21 month old baby. It seemed as though the electrical system was the problem. Several appliances with electrical fire smell. Called Absolute to come after hours because we weren't sure it was safe to spend the night in the house. I was told they could send a technician to assess the problem for $199. The guy walked around the house, asked a bunch of questions. He said he wanted to see the breaker box because that would give him a lot of valuable information. He told us it would be an additional $600+ just to go run a diagnostic on the breaker box. We felt we had no choice but to pay because we have a baby in the house. The technician and my husband went outside. He connected a small devise to the breaker box, and determined there was nothing he could do. It was an Xcel problem. Bottom line. We were charged almost $900 for This guy to ask a few questions and tell us it wasn't his problem to fix. Seriously?!
Some of the money was returned to us after we complained, but still paid $500+ for a technician to spend less than hour, and tell us we had to contact the power company.
I suspect, with all the years of experience he claimed to have, he had an idea of the problem before he went outside for an additional $600. We felt robbed.

We had an emergency water pipe problem. Dave Godfrey was the technician responding to our call. Dave was extremely helpful, courteous and professional. He knew we were distressed about our water leak. He reassured us he could fix the problem quickly and reasonably priced. He began work immediately. We were so impressed with his work! Thank you again Dave for your hard work! Plumbline was exceptional! Thank you!
