A plumbing leak had caused significant water damage to bathroom, laundry room and utility closet. Shawn and his crew came out and fully repaired each area (drywall, flooring, paint). He was very quick to respond and complete the work.  I am a landlord for the property and Shawn kept me very well informed at each stage of the process virtually.  I appreciate the quick responsiveness and quality of his work.

Hocoa TOTALLY helped me out when I got jammed up this Summer. My house was about to go on the market when I got water damage from a clogged drain pipe in my attic, pushing my list date back by another week. The contractor I hired no showed on me and I frantically called around trying to find someone that would help me out. I'm not much of a crier, by that day when the contractor failed to show, I had hit my break point. When I got in touch with Hocoa, Craig assured me everything would be alright and he'd do everything in his power to get my home ready on time so I could list my house with no further delays. They completely came through for me, all the work got done on time to keep the list schedule and I was able to regain my sanity.

Reached out to this company several times by website and phone. Finally received a response when I sent a text. I happy sent repairs needed and home address to be told I was outside of their service area. Website should not say they service in and around Charlotte if they only service Mint Hill and Matthews. Poor advertising and poor timing in responding to inquiries.
