Best Sink Repair in Seattle WA
I had Brandon come out and update some electrical outlets. He was AMAZING. Super friendly, easy to work with, broke down the cost, signed my name, and then he was done in maybe an hour or two. I will definitely be using this service again. The pricing was reasonable as well. I highly recommend!

Got a tip to call these guys and was very glad I did! The first two companies I called were so unresponsive and void of concern about my sense of urgency that I didn't know where to turn to. Thank goodness someone knew of Eco Electric. They were eager to help and sent a highly qualified technician to attend to my issues and got me back up and working in no time. No gauging either.....great price. I highly recommend them!!

Our Fixer came to help solve a quirky circuit breaker and GFCI problem; after discovering the simplest solution in a matter of minutes, he stayed on to take care of another small electrical socket fix while he was there. Great communication up front, timely notifications of his arrival, and polite and fun in person to work with and explain the situation to - would be delighted to use them again, and I even learned a little about our electrical setup for the next time.

Have an emergency? Need repairs done right away? Dean is outstanding. He is so responsive and helpful. He genuinely wants to help you solve a problem. He will try to help you solve an issue on the phone (which he doesn't get paid for) and I am forever grateful for his patience and kindness. I have worked with a lot of different handy mans, plumbers, contractors, electricians, etc with multiple home ownerships (moving) and repairs. Dean is at the top of the list on helpfulness and responsiveness. If you are looking for top notch service, make sure to reach out to Dean. If he can't help you, he lets you know right away. He even takes the time to offer suggestions. Thank you Dean Worthy!

We, erm, accidentally drilled into a water pipe :-(
Contacted After Hours Services, got a text message back quickly. Set up a time for the next day (the water was turned off, so it was annoying but not an emergency).
Will came out. Found the problem. Patched the leak, by splicing in a piece of copper pipe. Good work; fair price; nice guy!

I couldn't have been happier with the job that Hunt's plumbing completed for me yesterday. Their estimate was much better than Hart's plumbing, and was a fair amount for the work being done. Carlos took the time to go through the locations of the waste pipes with me, and caught a couple items I didn't think of. They were able to get the pipes in the exact locations I needed them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.

They unclogged my sink, 20 min work, no complications whatsoever, just ran a cable and charged me $500. Ridiculous. Will never work with them ever again, and I will not recommend their services. Only getting scammed once by these guys.
RESPONSE TO THEIR RESPONSE
There were no special tools used, only your average handheld electric drain cleaner (which costs $100 on amazon). The diagnosis consisted on your plumber looking at the sink and saying that he would unclog it. That was it. He even said this was very easy and routine unclogging that he does all the time (his words). Nothing unexpected, complex, or hidden to the naked eye as you suggested. This was no brain surgery, just charged as if it was.
FOR THOSE CONSIDERING HIRING THEIR SERVICE
Be prepared for their strategy:
1- No estimates were given to us over the phone, not even a rough ballpark for a routine unclogging. This is meant by design, so that you can't decide whether you will use their service just yet, and/or compare with others.
2- They will send you their plumber, and there's a $75 charge for that. $75 just for coming over (for a 15 min ride, that's $300 an hour, a rather generous hourly rate for not doing any work). Which leads to point #3.
3- Once they show up, they will present you with a high invoice, so you have to choose between hiring them or paying them to leave, and then start looking for another guy while you continue to have a clogged pipe. Meanwhile, you just wasted days waiting for them to come, and possibly took time off work to wait for them to show up.
4- If you are not comfortable with confrontation, questioning an invoice or refusing service, you may have a hard time dealing with them. Awkward.
5- Their tone of their corporate response to my original review, not only was inaccurate and misleading, but also does not reflect their customer service experience at all.
Learn from my mistake and hire somebody else. Read other reviews. $500 seems to be their base go to charge, whatever the issue may be, that's the minimum you will be paying if they do any work, or else you will pay a $75 for absolutely nothing.

We had only been in our new home for a month when our septic alarm went off and we started having back up in our drains. We called A Advance to come check it out. I was a little worried because although most reviews were good, there were a few bad ones that concerned me. However, Jerry the tech that came out was wonderful. Made it out within a few hours of calling, and was very knowledgeable and even explained things about our system we didn't know. Turned out to be just a bad float, an easy and inexpensive fix.
Later that night our alarm went off again! We called Jerry the tech directly since he had called us prior to his arrival and he said he would call his company and let them know of the problem and would take care of it tomorrow. He arrived early the next morning and it ended up being a float getting tangled up with another. He was very apologetic and took care of it free of charge.
Septic problems often are expensive fixes and very stressful. Jerry and A Advance Septic made it so much better. We will definitely be using them in the future and are recommending them to friends and family

I hired Fixer for several tasks in my condo - hanging some outdoor shades, paint touch-ups, installing moulding, and repairing a kitchen cabinet. The work was scheduled very promptly, and was within the time frame and estimate provided. My handyman Isaiah was friendly, professional and did excellent work. I highly recommend Fixer. Thanks!

I called while we were selling our house. All our outbuildings had no power all of a sudden. The technician sent was prompt and friendly. Our power was back on within an hour. Prices were very reasonable and I am very pleased with the service. With other electricians I have used I felt like they would find more problems than necessary to charge more money. That was not the case with Resicon. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

We had a leak in our basement ceiling, the guy came out and wanted $600 just to rip out some of the ceiling and take a look, then he could tell us what the cost was to fix the plumbing and we would have to deal with the damage of him him ripping out the ceiling. He also said we had galvanized plumbing and he would replace it all for 13k, we aren't having that done but thx for the offer. He was rude to my wife and very unprofessional all all around. We told him to take off and he got all pist off and had my wife sign something that says we refused his deal.

Made an appointment for an electrician to come to our house to install an electric outlet in the garage. They gave us a time frame of 2:00-3:00 PM for the electrician. He didn't arrive until 4:30, never calling to say he'd be late. The job took about 30 minutes and they charged us $450. The work was adequate but not great. After he left I found a couple screws laying on the garage floor, presumably dropped by him or his assistant.
I wouldn't use the company again. A couple years ago I had Black Hills install a heat pump and air blower at another house. When they left my house they left a gate to my backyard open and forgot to put a closet door back on that they had removed. My dog got out of my yard through the open gate but fortunately I found him down the street.
Not the way to run a business.

First, let me say that Lukas, the electrician that showed up to estimate the job, was courteous and actually early. So this review is no reflection on him...just the company and their pricing and policies.
They were scheduled to come out between noon and 3 on a Wednesday. After taking off work half a day and expecting, as promised, a phone call when they were on their way...its 2:45pm and still no call. We called them at 3 and they informed us an emergency job prevented them from coming out. I'm not overly upset at them not showing, but them not calling and letting me know.
Fast forward...we reschedule the appointment for the following Tuesday between 3 and 6pm. As stated they were actually early, but after the inspection, I'm informed that the cost to install three 40 amp breakers for a tankless water heater will cost almost $3500! I might add that the water heater is conveniently mounted on the other side of a thin wall where the breaker box is....about a hour job. Oh, and they can't do it today since they have to order the parts (although beforehand I told them exactly what the plumber said they would need, three 40 amp double throw breakers and about 5 feet of wire per breaker). And you get charged $69 for the service call if you decline the estimate.
Bottom line, according to every electrician I've spoken with since its about a $400 job, tops. Needless to say, we didn't go with Dear Electric and I'm not commenting on their quality of work, as I've read many positives reviews for them. But, really, quoting $3500 for a one hour job that most electricians would charge $400 for seems a bit steep to me.
