I needed information about electric issues on a home repair project.  I spoke to Igor, who was extremely helpful! He asked me various questions to gather the information he needed, and provided me with detailed input about what they would need to do for the electrical work.  He gave outstanding customer service!

The plumbing tech is great. Knowelegable and knows his stuff. I was able to get the work done immediately which was nice but think its a bit pricey. It involved 3 cuts to a 1 1/2 galvanized drain pipe followed by tacking on a dWC with a fernco and i was charged 220$ for 45 minutes of work.

Worked with Wilderness to install an outdoor connect for our generator.  Steve was great to work with throughout the process and the work was completed on time and without issue.  Looking forward to continuing to work with them in the future.

These guys have done all our electrical work for the last 5+ years.  Four different projects - two residential, two commercial.  Always on time, always clean and careful, and fair with the pricing.  Great understanding of low voltage and energy efficient lighting.  Did a great job on our generator transfer switch setup.

I am not easily impressed, but this company is outstanding! I requested bids to install an EV charger from 4 different companies, 1 of whom was a no-show. Brent from Washington Energy was by far the most thorough and professional and gave me complete confidence that they were the right company to hire. Daniel and Cornelius did the install and they were on time, polite, professional, efficient and finished earlier than estimated. They did a great job and the city inspector confirmed that they did an excellent job. I would absolutely hire this company again! The interactions I had with everyone in this company were above and beyond - I'm definitely impressed.

I waited a month to get an appointment and they did not show up. Nor did they return my phone call or email. The are super busy, which allows them to slog off on some of their smaller job customers.

Thank you, Paul Spinosa!  I was introduced to Paul last year when I needed an honest and reliable electrician for my clients.  He did an outstanding job, they were extremely happy with his work and service.  I have been using him ever since in my real estate business.  When my husband and I opened up our own business (Epic Donuts), we called upon Paul to assist us.  We continue to work with him for all our needs and couldn't have a better electrician upon whom to depend.  Just yesterday, we had an electrical emergency and Paul was there to correct the problem within the hour - right before a holiday weekend!  This man is outstanding and we proudly refer him. Mirsky Electric did a complete K&T replacement in our home, and it was the best experience we've ever had with a home contractor. They were excellent with scheduling and communication leading up to the project. The crew were professional, quick, and had great working rapport. Everything was finished ahead of schedule and significantly (very significantly!) under budget. What I appreciated most is that they were always completely upfront and cautious with their estimates. They pulled off the perfect under promise and over deliver. We can't wait to have them back for future remodels.

AAA and David did a large project at our private residence. I have nothing to say but positive things about our experience with AAA. They were on-time, efficient, and communicated very well with us on all of our needs. They even identified some potential safety issues and resolved them. I feel like I can trust AAA and will definitely be a return customer!! Highly recommended to anyone on the island needing electrical work done.

Dave installed 10 light switches for us. He was on-time, professional and did a quality job. He got the job done quickly and without mess. Highly recommend Dave to anyone needed an electrician. We will be calling him back.

We've hired Brian twice for our electrical work. First to install a ceiling fan in our master bedroom, and this past week to install a new bathroom fan and outlet in the laundry room. He was very prompt in responding to communications and the work was performed to a high standard. Definitely would hire Brian and his team again!

Service was prompt and electricians friendly.  My issue was called and was quoted a price and with the time being half the quote and price was what was quoted.  Then later want another 100 for permit that didn't charge me for.  If permit was received prior to service then figure was part of quote.  Doesn't seem appropriate and will try another business next time

Brian was knowledgeable and did a great job relocating our front door light so we could install double doors.  They are rather busy, as good electricians are, but if you are patient he is worth the wait and his cost is quite reasonable.

We had Greg install a Tesla charger for us in the garage.  His price was very reasonable, he was on time and finished the job quickly and well.  Everything from the permit application through the inspection went great and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again!

Poor service, Andrew didn't get the permits and we had to apply it ourselves and there was no help with that either. I wouldn't hire them again

Full disclosure: we did not use this company's services. We were recommended to these people by a friend, but couldn't believe the quote they gave us. The guy who came out was super nice and friendly....however, he told me about 5 different things that needed to be done because they weren't to code and quoted me 4k above what actually does NEED to be done. I'm so glad we got other bids, because we almost tore our house apart to do these repairs because the guy made us believe nothing was to code for the city or that they were so dangerous our house would burn down. Will not recommend!!

Called last night at 9pm for EMERGENCY service, was told a technician would call shortly. Called AGAIN at 9am asking what had happened. It is now 5pm and NO CALL still. I called the 3rd time and confirmed through the answering service they deployed both previous messages.Horrible service.  The other place I called got back to us in 5 minutes.  Not ok.

I understand you may be busy with the weather, but good customer service is to call your potential clients back so they are not waiting around hoping you will call. And if you can't get to them, to let them know. The temperature is now 52 degrees in the house. Not that your business cares.
