Some of the best professionals to work with. They promised everything that they would deliver, and delivered everything that they promised. Now, we have a rockin' solar panel system and our electric meter is running backwards - it can't get much better than that.

Wanted to get solar installed got a number of competitive quotes.  The reason I went with Artisan was the extremely friendly service from Jeff Bennett, he was very patient taking extra time to explain the process.  The price was also comparable with the other quotes I received.

I was really glad I went with Artisan their entire process from start to end is designed to keep you in the loop with what is going on.  They are very flexible and communicative.  They did exactly what they said they would each and every time.

Quality install (no roof leaks!) and worked with me to minimize the cosmetics of the install to the street front.

It really made me feel like that they had my back during the entire process and really cared about their work.

Case in point - Jeff went to bat for me when PSE screwed up and was taking a really long time to turn the system on (30+ days - out of Artisan's control), which I really appreciated.

Only suggestion I would have for them for future improvement would be to make sure they seal the lines coming in and out of the house and not using blue painters tape for the labels, but that was caught on the inspection and fixed promptly.

I was referred to MAD Energy NW through a colleague of mine who hired Mike (the owner) to do some electrical work on an investment property of his. After looking up and verifying his license with the county to be active and free from violation I gave him a call to pick his brain and get a second opinion estimate. Mike was able to quickly and concisely explain the work to be completed in such a way so that anyone could easily understand it's complexity. He offered two options that would bring the electrical up to code giving me the choice of how to proceed and I really appreciate that. I didnt feel like I was being sold. He showed up early and stayed until all my questions were answered leaving me with peace of mind. Very glad to have finally found an electrician I can trust. Mike is a Master Electrician and a perfectionist in his trade, he was also polite and courteous. It has been my experience in dealing with home remodels with all types of tradesmen and general contractors that there is an overwhelming level of arrogance and bravado that one has to navigate through. Master Electric is excellent!
We had extensive electrical issues both in the home and in the yard. Master electric and their creative solutions made an exemplary effort and sorted everything out in two days. The place looks better and is all done properly to code thanks to them.
We couldn't be more happy.

I highly recommend NW Electric and Solar for a residential solar install. We got our solar panels installed a year ago and these folk were great to work with.

We had 6 different companies give us bids. Only NWES and Artisan sent actual techs who got measurements from the roof so they could give a reasonable estimate on what kind of solar production we could expect. Everyone else just sent salesmen.

We worked with Bret throughout the process of getting a bid and he was great. Very knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions. He never once tried to up-sell me, and in the end we were very happy with the bid. We liked the price and felt confident we were getting the right system for our needs.

The actual install went very well and when SCL repeatedly failed to show up to put in our new meter Bret went to bat for us and got them to get their ass in gear.

A year in we couldn't be happier.

Had a fantastic experience with Pinnacle Roofing. We had new plywood roof decking, new roofing, new fascia, and new gutters installed.

Curt (Sales) was thorough, patient, and answered all of my many, MANY questions. There were some delays due to weather, but everything was communicated. Once the job was underway, Ricky was great to work with and the crew on-site did an excellent job.

My only complaint is that they didn't ask about placement of vents during installation. My kitchen exhaust vent was rigged up to a ridge vent by the old homeowner, which resulted in the new vent being installed in a similar location rather than above the kitchen. Not a huge deal, but something that could have been avoided.
