Best Water Heater Leak Repair in Seattle WA

I am so impressed by Cody Barlow when we had a issue with the dishwasher at our house. He took time to investigate to find out what the root problem was. and on top of that we took a look at the bathroom issue at the same time and quickly contacted with his office by sending pictures, and found out that pipes underneath was not up to the code.  From quote to scheduling was so smooth! I sometimes frustrated by other company that it takes much longer to fix a small problem but those guys are very efficient and know the value of our time.

Had hot water faucet in kitchen suddenly slow down. Rest of house was good. Normally I would do it myself but at 78 years old now, didn't want to fool with broken gasket and trying to find it at Home Depot, etc. So called Eco plumbing, they have $99 show up fee, thought they could do it for that. But I was quoted $450 plus tax, without even looking at it. I declined so they went to their truck for $99 show up invoice. Meanwhile I got pliers, couple screwdrivers, took faucet handle off, had wife hold cup over faucet while I slowly turned on water, we saw tiny debris rocks come out, put handle back on and it was fixed. When plumblers came back in I showed them I fixed in 5 minutes. They wanted me to sign invoice saying job was fixed! I refused and paid the $99. I guess thats how the modern world works now...no help for senior homeowners and one price plan. It's always just about the money now...terrible.

Bathroom outlet stopped working, requested a quote here on fixing the issue. The owner called me and explained they don't have availability right now but told me some troubleshooting steps which are very helpful for another electrician to fix the issue.

I just got robbed. Our water heater stopped working and we call Beacon because they could come out within 2 hours. We gave them the age of the water heater on the phone. They told us it would be $75 just to come look at it. We agreed, but we didn't mean he literally would take one look, without testing or checking anything and say we needed a new water heater $1900 water heater and almost $600 for the overflow tank!  
Do yourself a favor and don't Call Beacon.

PSE referred me to Resicon LLC for a smart thermostat project. I just newly moved to the place and honestly I wasn't exactly sure how the heating system works around here; that's when I was so glad that Jason from Resicon answered the call. I've been scouring for answers regarding the heating system around here since it's been bugging my mind. Jason came at my place, he was punctual and very friendly; we even chatted about my dilemma.. after explaining my whole situation he began to work. Not only did he swap out my thermostat to something more efficient (smart ecobee thermostat) he even showed and explained what my heating system was, where it was located, how maintenance and upkeep should be done, and a lot more info. I was super impressed with the attention to detail Jason. Thank you for your professional work, I highly recommend Jason and Resicon for your HVAC needs or smart thermostat project needs. I can't believe I have to go to this extent.  

My big sister was initially duped by their female sales representative and was sold on purchasing their services on June 21st.  Only to find out that they totally scammed her and screwed her over BIG time. This isn't the first time communicating with them and their lousy CEO.  They installed an A/C and furnace that was different from what she purchased.  Get this - day one of installation, her home had a flood because they didn't hook up the water tank sensors for condensation.  The model numbers and serial numbers do not match and they don't look anything like what she purchased.

After 12 emails and waiting almost waiting 3 weeks for their email reply and finally yelling at the manager plus a public post for their incompetence they decided to send someone to fix some of the major problems.  After many weeks of trying to get them to come by and fix this issue, it's come down to this: their technicians are not qualified.  They have not ONCE worked with her to at least give her refund or hire a professional to handle this issue - this is a must if you want your company to succeed.  

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT.  BEWARE, STAY AWAY, and GET WORK DONE SOMEWHERE ELSE AT ALL COSTS.  All these 5 star reviews are from their family and friends since they're all connected with employees on Social Media platforms, too!
