Igor did a fantastic job!  I got in over my head with a simple repair.  Igor quickly identified the problem, corrected it and repaired another issue.  He installed a safe replacement part that is up to code.  All for a very reasonable price.  A huge relief and a big thank you to Igor and Red Line!

I hired Paul and his crew to correct a few electrical issues and install new outlets in our circa 1952 attached garage.  From my first contact with Paul, I was blown away by his professionalism, skill, and courtesy.  He clearly communicated all issues of the job, he asked the important questions, and kept me informed at every step along the way.  Paul discovered several risky problems with my older home (live knob and tube wiring, live electrical wires that had previously been nailed through).  He correct these giving me peace of mind and possibly averting disaster down the road.  Paul also cleaned up some wiring recently installed by Vets Electric from a separate project. When my drywall contractor damaged some circuits after the rough-in, Paul made sure a member of his team came out as soon as possible to get my power supply up and running safely again!!  Paul is one of the good guys.  He's nice, friendly, and fair.  I will have him return to our home for all our electrical needs!  I highly recommend Paul and his team at Dependable Electric!!

Need electric work done? Look no farther than Mike & his team at Full Service. They were recommended to us by our realtor and I should have just stopped calling people after Mike -- they were absolutely wonderful to work with, very prompt, respectful, knowledgable, and not to mention their prices are more than reasonable. They handled our full kitchen/living/dining remodel installing 14 can lights, multiple switches (with dimmers), grounded old outlets, installed new ones, replaced our entire panel, heightened our mast, even replaced our old bathroom fan without us asking (how nice!). Everything was done quickly, they handled last minute changes beautifully, and always left the place super clean. We passed inspections with no issues whatsoever. We'll definitely been using them again!

Exact Electric was recommended by our (also highly recommended) stove installer, Damien John Installations. I'm VERY glad to have had that recommendation because Exact Electric's guy who came to do our job was outstanding! Ours was a complicated installation of a high voltage line from our breaker to the site of the new stove and required multiple trips up into our attic. He got the job done and, since we had him there, we also had him install a new ceiling light and our new Ring doorbell. All the jobs were done perfectly. The bill was a little high, but we were prepared for it and worth every cent! I MOST HIGHLY RECOMMEND Exact Electric!

I'm not one to leave reviews, but my experience with Eugene was such a nightmare and I'm hoping I can steer others clear of the headache. In short, this man is a liar and a poor communicator.

I reached out to Eugene with a simple 40-min job installation. I was in his schedule about 5 times before I finally got him through the door. There was always an excuse, whether it be delays in a job the day before, oversleeping, or as serious as family medical emergencies. At first I believed the more serious excuses and tried to stay patient. When he finally arrived for the job about a week after the initial scheduling, he changed his story multiple times to avoid completing the simple job that day, clearly rushing to his next appointment in his signature overbooked schedule. When he promised his return the next day... another emergency. His car broke down. He sent a video and it seemed plausible, but his communication once again broke down, with no word for the rest of the day. When we finally rescheduled he said that his dry wall repair guy, Patrick Laulu (great guy, would refer), would do the follow-up job for free as a favor to Eugene. Supposedly Patrick's car had broken down that day, and now Eugene was giving him rides around town. As a thank you to Eugene, he was going to do my small job for free. I figured, great, Eugene realizes what a headache this has been and is trying to make it right. The next day, Eugene shows up, no Patrick. He claims that when he went to Patrick's house to pick him up for the day, Patrick never answered the front door (and that's why he was an hour late to the job). Eugene finally does the job and leaves. Patrick comes back later that day and half way through the job I find out that not only did Eugene make up the entire story of Patrick's car breaking down and Eugene swinging by his house earlier that day, he also has no knowledge of this supposed deal of free dry walling. Of course Eugene never picks up his phone when I call for an explanation, instead texting that he's at a family event and can only text. Then of course, Eugene never texts back.

This is not a good guy. Maybe he takes bigger jobs more seriously, but I'd never recommend him. There's gotta be electricians with better character. Good riddance.

Fantastic company to work with; they replaced an aged panel plus a lot of interior changes. Fixed two high risk items I had not even noticed, and which were clearly dangerous. Great team and experience, would gladly recommend them to anyone needing electrical work.

Installed Tesla charger quickly, came on time, and were friendly. Payment was done electronically. I'd use them again for other electrical work.

Dylan of Fenter Electric provides outstanding customer service and does amazing quality work! He goes above and beyond for his customers and response time is very quick. We will always use and recommend Fenter Electric!

I messaged about 6 contractors in regards to troubleshooting my recessed light issue.

Harris Electric was nearly the first to respond, they had the most competitive quote, and had the best availability. I sent a handful of photos and a brief 20 second video of the issue to their Yelp account and Briley from Harris Electric came about within 24 hours of my request. Briley showed up about 15 minutes early to on a Saturday at noon appointment.

Briley showed up in a mask, and kept a pretty safe distance away from me, both indoors and outdoors where we met. He wore booties to not track in any dirt.

I was surprised that he troubleshot the issue so quickly. Within 30 minutes of seeing my recessed lighting issue, he had completed the job. It ended up being a defective heat sensor. Me being a curious home owner, he spent a good 10 minutes explaining to me how the heat sensor worked, showed me the defective part, and replaced both the part and the bulb.

Another great thing is he didn't try and upsell me on replacing any of the other heat sensors or can lighting. Just didn't his work, safely, quickly, and efficiently. When he was done, he spent the time to answer answer my questions of curiosity.

I will be calling Harris Electric again and recommend others in the south sound and auburn area do so as well.
