New business, so your getting a master electrician for the price of a regular electrician things that other electrician couldn't fix he fixed and fast.

They were great!  Fast, fair, professional and efficient!  Really nice people too!    I would absolutely hire them again should the need arise.

Brian was great on the phone today.  He did not come to my house.  Instead he explained to me how I could fix this simple problem myself.  He could have come out and charged me and I would not have known the difference.  Straight-shooter!

Raja has super fair prices and good service. He was really patient with us while we're trying to decide where to place new cans. Wore booties while working and cleaned up afterwards. Would definitely recommend.

I had a pretty significant addition put on my Mill Creek house and Wired Seattle did all the electrical.  They were really fantastic.  They worked with us to plan out the project and were very thoughtful about speaking our language.  I would highly recommend them.

One word to summarize Solarside is Unorganized.

Working with Marv on our new construction project was a nightmare. Weeks behind schedule, showing up for only a couple hours at a time to work on our project, and leaving a massive mess for us to clean up every trip. We are still fixing stuff he did months after moving in. Save yourself the hassle and use a bigger more organized company for your larger projects. Saving money with Marv's low bid was not worth it and we regret using him.

We had Greg out to install a light in our bedroom, and a couple of lights in a new walk-in closet. He was great and had all the work done in about 3 hours. On his way out the door I asked him about replacing the light in the entry. As soon as I buy the light we'll have him back out to install it.

Eric did a fabulous job installing a new Solatube in our dark hallway, replacing an old Solatube that had been damaged by roofers, and cleaning the dome outside on our third Solatube. My gosh, we can SEE now! Excellent company and staff. They have a showroom in Edmonds off Aurora Ave and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. In addition, they do door screens, blinds, and deck railing. I highly recommend this company.

Did a quick Zoom call to triage the service request (two light fixture replacements that needed jump wires) and the team managed to squeeze me in later that same day to actually complete the work! Putting aside the same day booking, as that is not likely the norm, the price for their services was reasonable, the work quality was high, and the electrician was friendly/knowledgeable. Would definitely book again!

I met Artisan Electric for the first time in Tacoma at a home show. We started chatting about some changes we wanted to make in our house related to electric car chargers. It was very soon clear that they understand their business and are specializing on renewable energy. In basically a month we expanded the project to replace main panel, install sub panel on the opposite side of the house, install car charging plug, and put 6.6 kW of solar panels on the roof.

The installation process was flawless. There always are few things that do not work perfectly and they fixed them instantly (for example we had a misunderstanding where to pull a conduit and they removed it and installed a new one without any discussion). The work from A to Z was of highest quality. The final walk through was very detailed and informative. The best, there was no need since then to do any further maintenance, no loose screw, no problem anywhere.

This review is written late... the whole project finished months ago. However I do not write reviews until the new install has proven its quality. We generate over 2.3 MWh of solar energy since installation, the car is charged every day, we are definitely not a small user of electricity at the end, and everything is perfect.

Not just this, but few people already stopped by asking about details... for example people living close that also have solar on their roof were wondering about the safety switches that are installed, because what their installer used not just looks badly, but is also in the face of everyone that passed by that could disconnect their solar, instead of having a clearly labeled safety switch where it should be.

I can really without hesitation recommend them.

Excellent marks across the board for this company. I needed a general inspection for a house we had bought, and to troubleshoot some areas of concern.

I found them to exceed my expectations across the board. Professional, timely (were even able to show up early!), personable and knowledgeable.

I'm not very experienced in this area and had concerns that this might be taken advantage of. This was far from the case. I was presented with a diagnosis, given ranges of reasonable options and never nickel and dimed.

The entire staff were awesome. From Sydney on the phone, Nathan doing the original inspection and estimate to Daniel and Marshall who did the work on time, on budget and with transparency.

I have a few more projects to do now that they have taken care of the basics and will 100% be coming back here!

Roger is the best electrician I have ever met, he came to my home to troubleshoot an electrical shortage and within minutes of him arriving he found the bad electrical outlet.

These guys are awesome , we had them put our solar panels on our house,  the third day after they left we started having electrical issues in our house , we called Dickson and asked please help us asap, he and Christian both dropped what they were doing , probably in the middle of their dinner and came right over , the issue was what I thought it was,  they unfortunately had to work with the substandard wiring done in my house, they found at least two errors in the wiring my home builder did, the Teo of them went through the entire house until they corrected  everything the other electrician did wrong they even changed two of our burned out light bulbs, I don't know how to thank them enough , our work crew was Christian,  Egan  and Jessie,  they are  superstars

Great job. Very professional. Installed an EV charger for me in an expedient fashion. Did all the paperwork and kept me informed of available tax breaks for it. Very clear communication. Also fixed a couple of GFCI outlet issues while they were there.

So here was my original 1-star review: Oh man, I had to teeter between the 1 and 2 stars. It's a shame; they are smart, courteous, and 100% able to do the work.. I mainly have issues with the payment processing. Robert himself came out to do the quotes and to answer questions. He was extremely knowledgeable and respectful; he quoted $390 to replace 4 breakers.

I know hardly anything about electrical work, but compared to the other quotes we got from other electricians, this was the best deal. We went ahead with it. Well two guys came out (they crammed me into their busy schedules, grateful for this!), and they found that they could not do 2 of the breakers.

Ok. Weird. So Robert called to explain everything afterwards, a great gesture. He explained that 2 breakers were in-operable, AS HE HAD EXPLAINED BEFORE.. Wait, what? I must have missed that explanation.. and I took the quote at face value, my mistake. We spoke on the phone about replacing the 4 breakers, but I guess he only meant 2. Apparently the guys missed that explanation too, because they were prepared to do 4 breakers.

It's embarrassing to be taken advantage of like this! How was I supposed to correlate that two breakers sharing a neutral equated to only two breakers being operable? I know nothing about electricity. Robert had told me that 6 other breakers weren't going to be able to be upgraded.. why not explicitly say that for these additional 2? I relied on their spoken word.. to our detriment. Well, we'll pay and move on I suppose.

Tip to future users; get everything explicitly stated in the quote! I regret not going with another electrician who specifically wrote in 4 breakers.. at least I would have had some ground to argue on. Things get mixed up over the phone. I'd like to believe that this interaction was just sorely garbled and misunderstood and only my experience, but from what I can tell.. it was always supposed to be 4 breakers, and somehow turned into 2 with some fancy electrical language that I couldn't understand. They all seemed like really nice guys.

EDIT: Robert reached out to offer a discount for only doing 2 breakers and explained the misunderstanding more clearly. He also offered to help come out and diagnose an issue another electrician caused. He wasn't able to solve it yet though, so we're teetering at 3 stars for now.

Elmecco is the best! They came out and looked at the job and provided an estimate. No charge for this visit or the estimate. After getting another estimate we decided to use Elmecco. I dealt with Meagan on the phone for the scheduling and she was fantastic; very friendly and professional. I called back and scheduled an appointment for the installation. The day of, they arrived when they said they would and did the work very quickly. Joram is outstanding. Also very professional, and friendly; and he was finished in a very short time. We needed another part that had to be ordered and as soon as it arrived, Joram came back to install it. The cost of the work was exactly what was stated in the estimate.

We are 100% happy with Elmecco and would not hesitate to call them again or refer them to others.

Matt's 3 man crew did an excellent job on installing a 18 kilowatt Generac on the side of my home as a backup in case of power outages.  I purchased the Generac directly from an online distributor and send photos to Matt to provide me with an installation cost. Costs were in line with other proposals. His crew arrived on time, drove super clean trucks with all the detailed parts inside, and I could tell they were very experienced with installing Generac.  Crew was very good at explaining what they needed on my end as well as giving me instructions on the generators keypad inside the enclosure and the keypad/switches on the Transfer Switch panel mounted on the house. They tested the generator by turning off the utility power (same as a power outage loss) and the generator came on right away.  It worked as designed!
Very happy with the install and testing which took almost 8 hours. They really know what to do and supply all the wiring and parts needed.  Excellent!

I needed to add a 220v connection for a Hot Tub and Dylan from Energy Warriors came out and gave me a fair price.  Dylan and his partner went to work right away explaining what they needed to do and asked me where I wanted the conduit to run against the house.  I appreciate the small details like leveling the conduit, chalking small spaces, and cleaning up afterwards.  I would highly recommend them!
