I just had a visit from Zachary Weber with Eco Electric. The team at eco electric is as professional as it gets.  He assessed the situation, provided a reasonable estimate and got me scheduled in under 30 min.  Looking forward to continued projects with the EEP team - what a pro!

Our Fixer came to help solve a quirky circuit breaker and GFCI problem; after discovering the simplest solution in a matter of minutes, he stayed on to take care of another small electrical socket fix while he was there. Great communication up front, timely notifications of his arrival, and polite and fun in person to work with and explain the situation to - would be delighted to use them again, and I even learned a little about our electrical setup for the next time.

I called no fewer than six electricians.  Dean got back to me first, well before any other electrician.  I tried to explain our issue (admittedly, I'm not a handy guy) and Dean did all the necessary research before he arrived. He was conscious of my time and money, and tried to save me time/money before he arrived by diagnosing the problem over a series of phone calls.  The problem was not as I described it (see above, I'm not a handy guy) and Dean tested several different theories.  He narrowed down our problem quickly and suggested another company to do the repairs.  All on a Friday afternoon.  Great guy.

After Hours Services responded within 10 minutes to a request for a quote for replacing a busted garbage disposal and sink hose. Within 20 minutes, Will had an appointment time for me the next day and an estimate for the service. He showed up on time with advance notice, got the job done, and was very friendly with reasonable prices. Everything you can hope for when working with a plumber! I wouldn't hesitate to hire After Hours Services again.

None of the drains in our home were draining, so we had contacted the property manager to get it fixed. Hunt is who they sent out.
We had expressed interest in the proceedings,  asking what the problem was, what they were doing to fix it. All they'd say was It's hard to tell. That was the last we heard. Not impressed with the poor communication.
UPDATE - I've upped it a star because a second team came out from Hunts that finished the job. The first truck didn't have the camera and 50 foot snake to clear the main house line all the way to the city main.  They were a bit more forthcoming with communication. They did much to improve my impression of the company, but the first team not saying anything is a tough customer service gaff to overcome.

Ishmael and Bryan were the technicians that came to my home today.  They were professional and extremely knowledgeable. What I appreciated the most was their ability to do their work efficiently while taking the time to educate me... the customer.  I asked ALOT of questions and they were prepared to answer each one. The visit was pricey and I will eventually have to get a new furnace, but I will definitely call Beacon to do the work.  With the recent worker shortage, I understand it might be difficult to get good people who provide good service.  This was not the case today.  I received EXCELLENT service and will be a repeat customer.  Job #307819

In short, they are fantastic, proactive, honest and Christian.  

I had 8 septic companies come to home to view my septic drain field issue.  Out of those 8, ONLY did A Advanced Septic strongly suggest that we jet clean the drain field pipes to see if they were plugged with gunk before building a new septic system.

The other 7 initially said my drain field needed to be replaced.  Then 24 hours later one other septic company called and suggested that we jet the pipes instead of replacing the current drain field system.

When I was young, I helped put in drain fields, so I played dumb just to see what they would say was required.  I was confident on what was required and once A Advanced suggested their approach, they were hired.

They were very professional and continued to communicate to me what was happening as they performed the repair.

I am very pleased with the repair.  If you ever require a  septic drain field repair, call them and know the outcome will provide you a piece of mind.

I had fixer come 2 x to my 1922 home- first to fix wooden gates on the property and to install locks on 2 old doors that did not close properly- Jason was thorough, communication was excellent and appreciated that he tidied up! Thumbs up!

Patchwork was completed. They appear to have done a fine job. I stand by what I said.. the technicians are great, the customer support / office workers need re-training.

I'm not sure why everyone said SWP is bad, I've seen other companies with great reviews but still some people with 1 star. In this case this one has more bad than good..

Fact is, i wanted my kitchen worked on sooner, and I did not bother to read the reviews till after..( Yea I rolled the dice) nevertheless,  their estimate was the same as other that came in for free ( ones that were able to do it free) SWP did the job the same day whereas other companies wanted weeks later to repair my kitchen drain pipes..

so i blindly did it and paid over $3g.. what you expect, plumbing is an easy labor job, its when they gotta tear down drywall or dig that's where they tax you.. I'm in the wrong business..

Mario brothers must've been super rich dudes,  2 man team lol...

Moreover, my kitchen is the heart of the house and i had to sacrifice a lot of money...

Not a company I would recommend hiring, even if you have to wait for service.  Called them to look at an older AC and heating system and recommend repairs and got the most confusing quote I have ever received with a total of 5 different quotes, with each having completely different repairs.  

Finally decided on what we wanted done and were ready to give a credit card and have them do the work on what was an empty house so assumed they could just come and do the work.  Due to a policy that makes zero sense they required someone had to be at the house in a window from 8am-12pm, which they didn't show up until 1pm.  I sat in my car the entire time and had zero reason to be there.  I have never worked with a company with this policy.

Avoid this company at all cost.

Absolutely awful! I started a project with them in February to replace an old breaker box. They sent a guy out told me no problem they would have in done in two weeks. I paid half of their hefty bill up front and waited. Three weeks later a guy came out got all set up and told me he couldn't do it. Said they would send someone else. Three weeks later another guys shows us, says he can't do it. Three weeks after that another guy, who says the city needs to run new lines before he can help. The city inspector calls me a month later wondering why my electrician didn't show up for a meeting. I called they told me it was all being handled. Now it's July, so I called wondering what the status was and they had no answer. Then they hung up on me. If they didn't already have my $2000+ deposit I would start over with a different company.

They are a bunch of clowns, and I would never do business with them again.
