Best Sink Installation in Seattle WA
We were very happy with SeaTown. Their bid was complete and straightforward. They came on time and cleaned up well after themselves. Our house looks great with all new light fixtures and our old knob and tube is gone!

Just had $4K work done on 1960's house by Matthew, who is an excellent plumber. It took several weeks to get the work scheduled, and he had to come back a couple of weeks later to finish up, but it was worth the wait for the careful, smart, high quality work that was done. All of the plumbing work and decisions were well communicated before and after.

Our fixer was great in fixing our clogged kitchen sink. He was quick to diagnose the problem, honest in his appraisal of what would be the best and most affordable solution, and able to get everything done. We appreciate the convenience and honest and hassle-free process.

I called Dean on Friday morning after Thanksgiving. He listened to my problem and offered possible solutions over the phone. He gave me a clear estimate for time and labor. He arrived promptly, did the job in a few minutes and his estimate was on target. Very satisfying to have a home repair transaction go so well so we could get to the clean-up part of things.

Will helped us with some plumbing repair work and installed co2/smoke detectors for us. He was really helpful, ordered parts, & was communicative. Highly recommend!!

I had a bad valve on my water heater, and it was leaking. I called and they came and charged me a large fee for the repair, but I was stuck, and they charge you to come out so I proceeded. At completion they offered 10% off if I joined the monthly service that would include regular furnace inspections, review the sewer, electrical safety inspection and water heater flush seemed reasonable. Since then, I have paid $164 for nothing. I did have a guy come out for an electrical safety inspection and all he did was try and sell me something. So my $50 dollar discount cost me $164.00. I moved and cancelled it but they made sure to collect the money before they cancelled it.

$400 to push the Reset button on a GCFI Outlet and 15 min of work! Our renters called Beacon when the refrigerator and microwave stopped working. They tried resetting all of the breakers, but that didn't fix it, so they called Beacon. The technician showed up, did a diagnostic on the panel and then found that a GCFI Outlet had tripped, so he pushed the reset button.
I am a rental property owner and deal with contractors all the time. This is a crazy price to charge a customer to push a reset button on an outlet. The renters are new to the house and didn't see the reset button. The contractors I deal with would have laughed it off and just charged the travel fee, which is reasonable.
I called Beacon's customer service and was met with a very hostile man who said I am not the customer so I don't have a right to complain. It's true I wasn't at the house and didn't authorize the work, but I am the one stuck paying the bill, and I believe this is an unfair price. You judge for yourself. As for me, I will never use Beacon.

This outfit is automated to the max Maybe that's why it assigned me a four hour window at the end of the week and their man never showed.

I called while we were selling our house. All our outbuildings had no power all of a sudden. The technician sent was prompt and friendly. Our power was back on within an hour. Prices were very reasonable and I am very pleased with the service. With other electricians I have used I felt like they would find more problems than necessary to charge more money. That was not the case with Resicon. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Highly highly recommend! Everyone here is wonderful to work with. They actually care about you and your needs. They don't try to high pressure you into something you don't really need just to get a sale. Everyone I dealt with at this company was very knowledgable and professional. My install went great and I love my new heat pump and water heater. I know that if I should have a problem or question all I have to do is ask and someone is there to help me, no matter what time of day, even after hours. If you are thinking about upgrading your furnace or water heater definitely call these people. David Griffis was awesome, he will take as long as you need and thoroughly explain all your questions. My installer Jeremy was also great! He explained my system to me and answered my questions. He left everything cleaned up and got rid of all the debris from my old equipment. I really can't be more satisfied.

Still reflecting on how dangerous last night's event could have gone dangerously wrong...
1. Good thing I came back home after 4 hours, running errands.
2. I didn't open my garage door because it would have ignited with use of electricity.
3. I didn't turn on my furnace it was off, if I turned it on it could have ignited a spark. Technician told the PSE inspector he didnt know you couldn't turn on the furnace if there's a gas leak. He told the inspector he's only been a technician for 9 months and yesterday he had no supervision or supervisor present when working on the gas line to my furnace.)
4. As soon as I smelled gas, I turned off the gas switch outside with the help of my neighbors then I called Puget Sound Energy emergency line.
5. Opened all doors and windows while leaving my dog in the car so she didn't have to smell the gas. Garage door can only be opened manually.
6. Called Dear Services 24/hour support but the lady who spoke very little English and she kept saying call tomorrow even though I said the Puget Sound Energy emergency inspector needed to talk to Dear Services employees about the hazardous gas leak in my garage and home.
7. Puget Sound Energy showed up right away and shut off my gas line. I had no heat or hot water.
8. Learned from PSE inspector today, that no one can turn on the gas only Puget Sound Energy inspectors are licensed to turn it back on because if it's not turned on properly it could potentially cause an explosion by releasing gas too fast.
9. HVAC technician are not allowed to turn on the gas but they may turn it off.
10. The owners of Dear Services, should be held accountable for sending new technicians on site alone to do dangerous gas work without supervision since the outcome of their work can lead to possible detrimental circumstances that can/could have lead to extreme danger and hazardous outcomes.
11. Clearly alot is going through my mind and I'm still processing what happened yesterday and overwhelmed and stressed out.
12. Thankful my family wasn't hurt physically or the home with the help from PSE inspector.
13. I've been lucky from last night's incident that I acted promptly and called PSE when I couldn't get through Dear Services to get help but what if I was sleeping when the gas leaked, so scary.
14. I am traumatized by these 9 months of dealing with this company. I've spent over 12K which is was hard to save up for and spent this huge amount of money for new furnace and A/C. I was so excited for my new furnace and A/C and hiring a local company that I saw avertised on Facebook but it turned into nightmare hiring Dear Services in under 24 hours. It's sad that I even have to write all this about what's happened to me and my home these past 9 months. I'm so stressed out and just overwhelmed now.
