Reached out to them for a quote to install ceiling lights. Igor came out to my plc a few days later, did a full assessment and provided an estimate for 8 wafer lights. Was happy with experience to that point, so decided to move forward with them. On the installation day, he measured the placement of the lights with precision and checked-in with me throughout the process. When he was done, I was so happy with the outcome that I made an impulse buy- and had him replace 3 receptacles in my living room, which were needed but not urgent. All in all, it was a positive process from start to finish. Highly recommend this business!

I have used different electricians in the area before and usually it is difficult to get them to come out right away, or get ideas about estimated cost.  Paul actually answered my call himself and he was at our house in Federal Way in 1 hour after the call on the same day, got the job done quickly within 1 hour.  I liked the fact that he was very upfront with me about his rates on the phone before coming out.  Thank you Paul for the job well done.

Exact Electric did a fine job adding a few electrical sockets to my condo. Due to illness of an electrician and a couple of unforeseen circumstances they showed up a couple of hours late, which made the coordination with other contractors difficult. And, the electricians hadn't reviewed the diagrams I sent in advance. However, the company worked very hard to get the job done as quickly as possible and they were quite apologetic. Jennifer in the office and Rich, the electrician who did most of the work were very responsive and did their best to get it right in the end. I would use them again and I recommend Exact Electric.

Charlie's Electric came out and installed recessed lighting in our kitchen and family room.   James and Cat recommended the placement and quantity needed, as we were not sure what we needed. They were both professional and courteous and did a fabulous job. They left our place looking new and bright.   I highly recommend this company.

I contacted Eugene to address an issue with outlets and switches. He was able to send someone over within 2 business days.  After completing a very thorough assessment, Mustafa identified the root cause of the problem, fix it, and cleaned up all in under 90 minutes. I will definitely be reaching out to Eugene and his team for future electrical needs.

Called Custom Electrical to get a quote on some electrical work I needed done at my place, Nice woman answered the phone, Setup an appointment next day at 10AM. Took the day off to be able to meet with them. No show. Won't answer my call that day. It was a waste of my time. Unreliable.

We needed an EV charger installed in our garage. We obtained quotes from 5 businesses and Harris Electric was FAIR and REASONABLE. Actually, 2 of 5 quotes were fair and reasonable but we went with Harris Electric because our communication was good.

The other 3 companies were outrageously priced. I don't know what they are smoking but I don't want none of it. Essentially, for about 1-hour's worth of work, I don't think even a neurosurgeon makes that kind of hourly rate. Plus, they asked where we lived and what model EV we had before they could quote us. Why does that matter?!

Harris Electric never asked us where we lived or what kind of car we drove before quoting us. He gave us a quote for the actual work to be done. And he gave different quotes for different options.

Briley was prompt, great communication throughout the process, it took him about 45 mins to install a Nema 14-50. Payment was easy and he even schedules an inspector to verify his work and he files the permit.

We will be calling him for any other related services.

We recently purchased a home and had an assortment of work we wanted done before we moved in.  New center lights in 4 bedrooms, chandeliers replaced, living room recessed lighting, installing new bathroom fans, wiring for a home theater projector, and a few additional items.  We had two companies bid the project and they each tried to sell us work we didn't need, didn't bid everything we asked, didn't follow-up, or the pricing didn't feel right.  Compare that to Bel-Red who gave us immediate pricing that felt reasonable, and started work the same day.  They have been prompt, professional, and easy to work with (Ryan has been awesome) and pulled in guys to the job to get it done in a timely manner to coordinate with our painter who was already well underway in the house.  We'll definitely be calling them again for any electrical needs in the future.

I highly recommend Volta Electrical, great experience all around! I sent a message outlining my projects and received an email back asking if they could do a walk-thru to provide an estimate. Sounds good to me.  
The automated system they used, emailed my confirmed appointment and showed a little picture of who was coming: Victor.  I REALLY like this feature, as I recognized him before opening my front door. Yes Victor had on his Volta shirt, but I enjoyed the added security, if you will.  
Showed up early, mask on, and booties.  We walked through my house, discussing my needs in details (remove a chandelier and install a ceiling fan, remove a second chandelier and install a can light, remove a can light from the staircase and install a pendant light fixture, small installation repair above microwave).  
Victor explained how the can light on my staircase is 6inches wide but my pendant light base is smaller, therefore a drywall guy would be needed to fill the gap. Also discussed the option of replacing/updating all the can lights to LED without the current gap between the can and the bulb.  This could not have been done via email so I'm thankful for the in-person estimate.  Victor went out to his truck and I had the estimate within minutes.
The estimate looked good, I signed/accepted it through the automated system.  Victor was scheduled for the following week.
He showed up on time, ready to go.  He even showed up with a solution for my staircase, to avoid having the drywall guy needed.  I loved the solution and it matched my ceiling perfectly.  Victor was at my house for the entire day, cleaned up any messes made, took the trash of my new items that he assembled during installation, made sure everything was in working order before he left. I wrote a check for the exact amount that I was quoted.
Victor was very professional, didn't mind my dog and was very informative throughout the day, always asking how I wanted things.
Any electrical needs I have in the future, I will be contacting Volta again!

These so called professionals had an appointment scheduled to repair our backyard light fixture that kept blowing up light bulbs, that our property management company had been neglecting for a year and a half.  First the guy didn't show up or call & I stayed home all day waiting for the joker who then he calls a week later claiming snow issues and wants to come by right now cuz he's in the neighborhood.  A short story  version, another week later and  22 minutes for these jokers to REWIRE the fixture that they then turn around and bill as trouble shooting and replacing a light bulb, which my property management company has decided to bill.  Come on! Really?  I know how to change a light bulb, you idiots.  I've called Mauro, of course you can only get voice mail. So, I will also be notifying L&I about these bogus billing practices by Mauro Electric.
