I called Dependable Electric on a Friday afternoon while we were renovating a room. The baseboard heater hadn't been working for some time, and purchasing a new one didn't fix it. I described the problem over the phone to Paul and he said he could be out on Monday. When Monday came, Paul called early to let us know he was available sooner than expected and would it be okay to come over. He was so courteous! I'm used to companies usually being late, so him coming early and checking with us was a wonderful surprise!

When he arrived, he went over all the necessary paperwork and expectations - Paul was very clear and helpful. He inspected the issue and found a solution for us in the first hour, and saved us from some poor work done by a previous owner. I really appreciated that he kept us updated as he worked, telling us what may be the problem, what it definitely wasn't, and letting us know about the upkeep of our house's wiring. Never once did he feel pushy or like he was talking down to us. I would definitely go to Paul in the future for another project!

I was having some issues with the electrical system at my business.  The first electrician I worked with did not fix the problem at all.  I then tried Mirsky based on reviews here.  I was completely happy with their work and haven't had an electrical problem since then.  Plus the guys are all really great to work with.  This is my new electrician for everything.

My GFI blew and after replacing it still wouldnt work. I'm no certified electrician mind you.

2. Once he found out how simple it was he walked me through potential fixes. I was able to fix it on my own and save 198.00. ( that price is cheaper than everyone else BTW) highly recommend.

They booked my appointment very quickly (none of that 'we can't even bother to open the book to see if we have time for your broken switch') and kept in touch on scheduling, pricing and change orders I put in. The electrician was prompt, professional, thorough.  I have an old house and will eventually need more work, and I will call them first. I would recommend them highly.

Our recessed lights randomly went out so we called Reign City wanting to support a local small business. Eugene was quick to respond and had someone at our house in a few hours to eval the problem and had out lights fixed the same day. He was very involved the whole process. Invoicing was simple and payment a breeze. They were able to fixed some not to code wiring quickly which is great when you have a busy schedule and kids!

So, our breaker for our hot water heater kept tripping and it was a Friday night. I called quite as few electricians to see if anyone would be able to come by on Saturday. Not one called me back. Then on Saturday I continued my calls, going down the list of electricians on yelp. I came to tapps electric, and even though they just started their business and had only one yelp review, I was desperate and I didn't care. The phone picked up to a lady and I told her our situation and that we had no hot water and had little kids and could they come by sometime over the weekend. She said that most likely yes, and a technician would call us back. I then continued to make more calls to electricians thinking they may not call back but no one else picked up or called back. Then I got a call back from Tapps electric! They were going to come out the next day at 2pm (Sunday). Needless to say, William came out and handled our problem and we now have hot water! Thank you so much for coming out on a Sunday. We will be using you all for all of our electric needs for now on!

I hired Custom Electrical Services to install a Chargepoint EV charger at my parking space. Even though I don't live in the area, they did a great job of keeping me informed with great communication throughout the project.  It was a team effort as I received communication from five different individuals in their office - I appreciate that they have an organized deep bench of staff members.
The project was done within about a week of me first reaching out! Very impressive responsiveness.
Their work was of high quality and the price they charged was consistent with the value I received.

Dylan and his coworker are very kind and they work very quickly. We need to make three outlets in our three bathrooms...also added one outlet in garage...Of course , we decideded to add one more in our closet , they done all the job efficient and CLEAN! I posted a light fixture replacement project on Yelp, and someone from Mauro Electric responded right away. They were able to send Ricky to complete the job the same day! He quickly and professionally replaced two of the three fixtures. The only reason he didn't replace the third one is because I measured incorrectly, and the new one wouldn't fit in the space. Ricky was very kind and understanding about my mistake, which I appreciated. Thanks, Mauro Electric!

Arrived at the agreed upon time, were professional and mindful on site. (I work from home and was in meetings during their work). They laid down dust protectors for my furniture, and cleaned up so that the only signs they had been there were the plastered access panels for routing cables (for light installation)  and a repaired outlet that I requested help with as an add on job on the day.

And the price quoted was the price paid + the extra for the last minute job. Even then they were did not try to scalp me with frivolous charges
