So the next day we reached out to several companies and Ricky from Pinnacle quickly got back to us. They did an assessment and pinpointed the leak, it was dude to a broken vent. We decided to replace all of our vents. Ricky and his team we're incredibly efficient, professional, and great to work with. I would def. recommend them.
