James Cash from Seatown was very helpful with fixing our gas connector to our oven. He was thorough and offered cost effective solutions. He was very friendly, too!

Fixer Electrician
Our Fixer came to help solve a quirky circuit breaker and GFCI problem; after discovering the simplest solution in a matter of minutes, he stayed on to take care of another small electrical socket fix while he was there. Great communication up front, timely notifications of his arrival, and polite and fun in person to work with and explain the situation to - would be delighted to use them again, and I even learned a little about our electrical setup for the next time.

Dean's Home Repair Electrician
Dean's the man! My wife and I just bought a little house in Bitterlake and after 3 days the hot water heater already broke. Dean came over after hours to diagnose the problem -- a bad heating element on a cheap Lowe's Heater about ready to die. He patched it up to limp through a few more days until we had for him to return to install a brand-new one. Dean is a true pro -- he knows his stuff, works fast, easy to deal with, and is a great guy to boot! Thanks Dean!

After Hours Services Electrician
Super efficient!  Will did a great job responding quickly to our query on Yelp and made himself available the next day. Sent him a picture (via text - couldn't make that work on Yelp) to help him scope out the small project. Very fair pricing and did a great job fixing the issue! Thanks, Will!

Hunt's Services Electrician
Great plumbers.

Knew their stuff and were very polite. Nice guys.

We were having issues with a water line not feeding the ice maker in a subzero fridge.

The plumber could not move the built in fridge out on his own on a Friday afternoon.

He came out with his boss on a Saturday and got the job done. No additional trip charge. We were very pleased with their service and pricing!

Would use them again.

Black Hills Electrician
Had a Fujitsu heat pump installed in a small vacation home, and it is a lovely system. The heat is wonderful, and the unit runs extremely well. I am super happy with Black Hills communication throughout the process, the timeliness, their installation quality and support. I would highly recommend this company!

Beacon Plumbing Electrician
I scheduled Beacon to repair my furnace. The service reps that came to my house spent an hour trying to convince me to spend thousands of dollars to buy a new furnace, and they did not repair the furnace. Contacted another company, they fixed the furnace in about an hour by replacing a single part. Shame on you Beacon for trying to take advantage of seniors.

A Advanced Septic & Construction Services Electrician
I just moved into my home the past year and wanted to have to have my septic pumped for peace of mind. They were quick with communication and arrived within a few hours of their target. The two people that showed up were kind, but like another reviewer mentioned, the main lead came out and poked a few hold in my yard and said it was going to take a lot of digging, soil was hard, etc. When I asked him how long it would take (at the $85 per 1/2 hour he quoted to dig), he said he wasn't sure but a recent job took them 4 hours. It was nothing more than a scare tactic, and obvious that they did not want to do it. When I told them to forget it, they said fine and charged me $231 just to come out. At that point I said to just empty the tank, which he replied again, dragging his feet, and that it was going to take so long, etc. etc. I was pressed for time so I wrote them a check and decided to take it up with the management. Adam texted me to follow up, I explained my experience, he responded by telling me that he listened to the initial call and I was not misquoted, which was not even my issue, so frustrating. I let him know I was not happy, he said he would escalate this to the foreman and have him give me a call and he will have the team reach out to me. A week later, no call, I asked him when someone would call me, he then gave me a number and told me to call Abel. I am so frustrated with this company and their follow up is horrible.

Fixer - Seattle Electrician
I found Fixer thru Yelp. They were extremely responsive and I was able to schedule my appointment right away. I received Yelp quotes from other companies and some were outrageously high. Fixer was responsible and had good reviews, so that's why I selected them.

I liked how they had various options for scheduling. If you're flexible, there's that option, or you can select a time. I selected my time and then had a schedule conflict. I was able to easily text their concierge and able to push out my appointment to later in the day.

I received a text message with the ETA of my fixer, Nick. He was on-time to the nickel. He was professional and able to complete what I needed. He was able to fix something more efficiently than I thought (I'm not handy whatsoever) and I truly appreciated that.

Payment is simple - you get a text and you pay online. You can include a tip when you pay.

Resicon Heating and Air, Plumbing & Electrical Electrician
Patchwork was completed. They appear to have done a fine job. I stand by what I said.. the technicians are great, the customer support / office workers need re-training.

DEAR Services: Electrical, Plumbing, Heating & Cooling Electrician
I did not have an ideal experience. The concrete patching on the asphalt after it had been reinstated was uneven. I asked DEAR services to fix it. 3  separate times, they said they'd send someone over and I stayed home that day waiting; each of those 3 times, no one showed up. Finally, they said they wouldn't fix it, since the work had been completed. They should have just told me that from the start.

Furthermore, the work involved marking my driveway with spray paint that won't come off for months, a driveway I share with my neighbors. I feel DEAR services should have removed this paint as part of the job, or used one that would wash off easily. I ended up having to pay another company an additional hundreds to pressure-wash and bleach it, and it's still not completely washed off because it's an oil-based paint.

Later on, my neighbors had problems with backing up, and investigated with a plumber. There was gravel in the pipe. Apparently, when DEAR Services installed a clean out access point, they poured the gravel into the hole while the pipe was still open, causing the gravel to get into the shared line. This could cost me and my neighbors a small fortune.

Those other plumbers also claim I was charged way more than what I should have. And they say the concrete work applied was very sloppy.

Finally, DEAR Services said additional work needed to be subcontracted out. I've been waiting for them to follow up on this, and they never did. I called them, they said they'd call back, and never did. I tried following up, and they said they'd get back, and never did. This has happened over and over and over again.
