Early to their appointment, very knowledgeable and polite. Answered all my questions, would contact again for future projects.

Our fixer was great in fixing our clogged kitchen sink. He was quick to diagnose the problem, honest in his appraisal of what would be the best and most affordable solution, and able to get everything done. We appreciate the convenience and honest and hassle-free process.

I didn't get help from Dean directly but he was very kind speaking to my issue (bathtub faucet leaking in a high rise building) and referred me to a business that eventually solved it. I was absolutely clueless that high rise building needs plumbing service with different liability/insurance. I really appreciate his responsiveness and expertise!

This is my first ever Yelp review and I decided to write my honest review for After Hour Services.
My kitchen sink has been stuck for more than 12 hrs. I tried different methods for 5 hrs but still couldn't get it resolved.
After Hours Services exceeded my expectations in many ways-
Responsive: Will replied my request for quote under 10 mins, and replied my text and call fairly quickly.
Professional: Will got things done in under 30 mins. In addition, Will was very thorough in examining andexplaining the issue. What I love the most is that he cleaned up the area after the issue was fixed.
Transparent pricing: he's honest and it's a flat fee and very reasonable price. I got different quotes and his is the most transparent.
On-time: he was on time, which is a very big factor for me.
Overall, I recommend Will and After Hour Services, with passion.

Expensive....really expensive and beware, they never gave us a quote before work was started. Charged $530 for 2 hours of labor and only replaced two 1/2 inch nipples for parts. Assuming the parts were $30 total which seems somewhat reasonable that equates to $250 per hour for labor which is seems quite excessive even in Seattle's hot market, especially with no warning or initial estimate.
Background: We had a leaky kitchen faucet and i will give kudos to Alfredo for his professionalism, plumbing knowledge and quality of work. Although these were some great positives, we were very disappointed that there was no quote after he diagnosed the problem and but instead just continued working.
When he gave us the bill we were quite sticker shocked. We have phone records to show that he was in our house for exactly 2 hours to verify the labor per hour breakdown. The above price I mentioned doesn't even include our Sunday service fee of $260 (This is market standard for Sunday services so i totally understand this fee) but as you can imagine, when your plumber completes only 2 hour's worth of work, and uses only two small parts, the ~$900 total price with taxes seems a bit unreasonable and thus was overall quite a disappointing experience.

Black Hills Heating is a very reputable company with very friendly, prompt, and educated employees who strive to do their best. I experienced this with my appointment for a checkup on my YORK® HVAC SYSTEM. They completely diagnosed the problem, and now it can be repaired in the proper manner.
Highly recommended - competent, and complete service!

Hello Kasen,
I spoke multiple times with an individual named Mark. He dropped the issue in the hands of the technician. I asked for a partial, if not full refund and then I never heard back. I do think there was a misdiagnosis AND an excessive offer to fix the problem. Long story short, I did reach out, multiple times, as did my spouse and got the run around. If YOU are willing to offer a partial or full refund I'll be happy to speak to you. Give me a date and time and a good phone number. Short of that I will not waste further time debating with your company as I have already done so with Mark.
Nope. I don't recommend. It's been about 8 months since I had these people out. I called them because I was smelling a burning smell. I honestly only smelled it in one location in the house. The guy shows up and dramatically says he smells it in the garage. I was shocked because my sniffer is really good and I hadn't smelled it but ok, I'll trust that he smells it. Then they sell me on needing to replace the entire electrical panel. Estimated at close to 8k.
I got a second opinion the next day and this person shared that he had worked for large companies like this who basically take advantage of vulnerable people, particularly old folks on replacing the whole electrical panel. He felt bad and could not participate in that so he left quickly and went out on his own. He said he'd seen that a lot.
So what was the smell? Turned out to be the lighting under the kitchen cabinets. I discovered it by checking all outlets and things plugged in (which the beacon people never even did despite their ridiculous fee). I disconnected that item and poof smell gone. A wire had gone bad and was emitting the smell.
I most certainly contacted them at the time. They charged 300 ish just to come out and IMPROPERLY diagnose the issue. I reported that in fact they did NOT diagnose the problem just offered an overly unnecessary fix. I had to chase that manager down and well, it's been 8 months the smell is gone and never got resolved by this shitty company. If you're freakin most definitely DO NOT CALL BEACON!

My wife found water bubbling up in our backyard on a Friday afternoon, right before we were supposed to leave for a 2 week vacation on Sunday. In a panic, correctly figuring it was our septic system, she called A Advanced. They were professional, calmed her down, and the owner of the business came out the next day -- Saturday morning -- to take a look and give us an estimate. He immediately identified the problem and explained it to us in a way that we could easily understand.
They're low pressure and give you a variety of options with pros and cons. It was clear that a lot of other companies would have tried to pitch a complete drain field replacement, but they were honest and explained why that wouldn't be necessary, saving me quite a bit of $.
I picked them to do the work and they were super flexible with scheduling. They came out, showed us what they were doing, and were really professional. While they were digging things up I was hanging around, asking them to explain how the system worked. They did it without complaint and with good humor, which is probably hard to do when you've got some annoying homeowner peppering you with questions. They had to dig up quite a bit but really did a great job minimizing the impact on our yard when the job was done.
I'll gladly have them do any work on our system in the future. When my tank needs pumping, they're the ones I'll call.

We needed an old dishwasher removed and a new one installed. It turned into an all day project with the first installer saying he couldn't do it. The previous owners had built up the kitchen floor with plywood under the linoleum apparently after the dishwasher was installed so the old dishwasher couldn't come out. Kei from Fixer ended up having to cut a section of the flooring out (luckily we are going to replace it soon anyway). I was thrilled that Fixer was able to get someone to my house the same afternoon to take care of it. Kei was helpful and persistent and did a great job with a tricky situation. Would definitely use them again and recommend to others!

We needed a quick turn-around on a tight time schedule and Resicon nailed it for us. They offered great ideas to improve the efficency of our plan, keep the costs down, and took on the challenge without blinking. The electrician we had onsite was polite and respectful to everyone (we barely knew he was there) and me our deadline. You made Minuteman Press a client for life.

Please stay away from this business, they lied about repairs needed, price, and times they can do the service. Their sales rep Steve stated he could get the job started immediately unlike other companies, that was his selling point. But we found out that was a lie and have decided not to move forward with this company. So if you want to be lied to call Steve at Dear services
