Bayless Electric helped me trouble shoot through direct message on yelp and ended up fixing the problem without even stepping foot in my home.

Exact Electric is fabulous. The owner and crew members are meticulous in their work and interact very well with clients.  Exact puts the clients needs foremost.  As a general contractor I use Exact regularly.  My clients inevitably use Exact on later jobs. Exact's rates are fair. They don't lowball then encourage change orders to make up the difference.  In short the words Caring, Honest, Hard Working, and Professional characterize Zach and his team.

Reign City Electric was everything and above what I had read about them on their reviews. I'm one of those picky customers that actually read the reviews to try to get an edge on the company's Im looking to hire. They were fast and did A-1 quality work. I was definitely pleased with the price they charge me compared to everyone else I had called. I had bought a generator and I needed them to install an outside plug outlet along with a breaker and interlock set. Jose the technician was excellent! He was professional, sociable fast and efficient. There was a misunderstanding on part of the installation (which was on me that I didn't understand) so I called Eugene who explained it to me AND offered to come out and correct it at no extra charge. Jose again came out and was done in no time. Reign City Electric demonstrated right there that they stand behind their work 100%!!! That's hard to beat!! Thank you for your excellent service!

Tapps who?  Never heard back from them.  I initially went through yelp to find these guys.  I submitted all of my information over the weekend and received a follow up email requesting additional information.  Once I provided it, I was told I would be receiving a call or email from someone to give me an estimate...never heard anything.  If you care about promptness or your time, look elsewhere.

I hired A&A to replace the knob and tube wiring in my recently purchased home. Overall the company did a good job and I would (and did) hire them for another project. That being said, I noticed a lack of detail from the company in a few respects. This included:
- Turning and accidentally leaving my furnace off without notice on multiple occasions. This also happened with my refrigerator and all the frozen items started to thaw. They simply did not turn the breakers back on when they were done at the end of the day.
- Turning off my garage door and leaving it open and unlocked for the night.
- Leaving sharp metal objects including screws, nails and electrical components out in the street out front (where their van was parked)
- Not properly measuring before installing my recessed lights leading to lights that weren't even in line with each other (out of line by up to two inches!). It was pretty obvious very little measuring took place before those holes were drilled. This resulted in many unnecessary holes being made in the ceiling.

A big shout-out to Dylan Fenter and his crew at Fenter Electric.  We've used Dylan on multiple occasions, and he is always prompt, provides great service, and is reasonably priced.  We just retained him again for some lighting work in our laundry room, and he suggested an approach that was way better than what we were thinking.  In addition, we needed some light switches swapped out on short notice, and Dylan went out of his way to quickly work us into his schedule.  He's fun, professional, and does excellent work.  He aims to please.  Highly recommended.

Great guy, kevin picked up the job and was able to walk me through my options. My breaker was bad and it caused the board behind it and the unit itself to burn up. Didn't have a water heater or working garage doors anymore. I wasn't sure what could be salvaged or what needed to be replaced. Kevin came by and looked at the breaker gave me a couple solutions and then fixed me up. We got a more efficient wiring+breaker setup now and it didn't break the bank, there is more work to be done but the house is so old we need specific parts, kevin said he'll keep an eye out for me and contact me when the time comes.

What an outstanding business to work with! Briley, the owner, was kind and took the time to come out for a free estimate then followed through with fantastic work done! Here was fast to come out and get the job done well.  He went above and beyond to answer my questions about other things and we will be reaching out for all other electrical needs. Thanks so much!
