I picked them because their quote was thorough and it sounded like they really listened to what we wanted, and from looking at their pictures it seemed as though they had a commitment to quality (pictures of neatly cabled breaker boxes, etc).

They recently completed the work at our house (both inside & outside jobs). Quality and a high level of customer service and professionalism was delivered.  All at a fair price (and stayed as quoted).Thanks Strands!

From the moment I contacted Dependable Electric I knew I had found the right company to rewire two outlets in a bathroom of our house built in the 1950s.  Paul was responsive on the phone and quoted me a cost for coming to troubleshoot.  Frank and Tim showed up right on time, were personable and professional, listened well to our telling of the problem, then got down to work.  My husband briefly checked in on them twice during two hours they were here and appreciated their expertise.
When the job was successfully completed, the charge was exactly what Paul had quoted.  We highly recommend Dependable Electric.

We had 4 lights and ceiling fan to reinstall after doing some soundproofing of our ceiling, which also dropped the ceiling an extra inch. We found another reputable electrician online. They came out and for some reason couldn't figure out how to reinstall everything. 4 hours later we told them to go home. After reading reviews we called Exact. It took about a month for our appointment because they are so busy, but when the did come their electrician handled the whole project seamlessly. While it took a while to get the appointment, it was well worth the wait. They've got my business for sure.

You should leave your comments up so people can judge your character and company.! I haven't removed any of my comments - I'm leaving them here untouched so people can make their own judgement. You, on the contrary, keep removing and changing your comments to fit your narrative.

I'm done with this non-sense. You're the one losing not me. This is your business and you keep making it worse. I already have my project in motion so stop digging. Get a PR company - another free advice.

Clearly your response shows how out of sync you are with reality. Rude is bombarding me with multiple calls within seconds from each other and sending me text after text. Never occurred to you that I was busy on a Saturday; attending my daughter's competition while you were trying to save your reputation? Clearly not - your sense of urgency didn't match mine and, for the record, I'm the customer in this situation in case you've forgotten. It doesn't matter if you provided and estimate or a service, I was still your customer so really not sure what you're even talking about as it doesn't make any sense.

Customer service advice for you so next time you know how to properly solve a similar situation + I'm doing it for free. Rather than harassing me with calls/texts demanding my attention when I didn't have to give it to you, you could have just send a text or email saying:

Just got back in town. So sorry about the situation as my assistant just went through an unforeseen personal matter that prevented us from getting back to you in response to your project.

If you don't mind, would you have 10 minutes to connect with me? Let me know what's convenient to you. Just want to personally make this up to you as your experience is important to me as the owner of the company.

This would have made all the difference in the world. That's proper customer service and I would've gladly gotten back to you and easily sort things out. On the contrary, you just decided to post a tragedy on Yelp and proceeded to disrupt my entire weekend with your calls/texts and verbal abuse. Hope you now see where things went wrong - your intentions may have been right but your delivery was appalling. This is a close chapter.

To add insult to injury, Eugene (the owner) has been harassing me all weekend demanding I remove this review. Using a tragedy to leverage empathy and protect his business and revenue. Lecturing me with hypocrisy and false equivalence to make me feel guilty as a customer for his own benefit. Truly shameful! Even after he confirmed that he won't be harassing me with more texts, he continued to text me making the situation worse. Will be reporting this company to the BBB as this is unacceptable and no customer should be threatened and/or harassed.

The light in my kitchen was dead for no apparent reason. We managed to survive by learning to cook in semi-dark environment for a week. Dylan and Austin were the third group of electricians we had. The first two were unable to make a diagnosis after hours of searching. I am very grateful that Dylan managed to squeeze me in his busy schedule, only days after our communication. He showed up on time, was very professional and most importantly located the broken wire within the wall. Then he helped me to re-wire the breakage via crawl space in no time.

Now I have my go-to electrician and would recommend Fenter Electric to anyone in need of a electrician who can provide a solution.
