Ryan checked the health of my electric panel and explained what he saw in terms that a layman like myself could understand. He let me know of some work that would need to take place down the road so I could plan for it and also spotted a safety issue which he sent Jay out to take care of. Jay called to let me know he could come a day early, did a great job, cleaned everything up. Will use again!

Thomas was super helpful taking us through the process from quote to our tax documents after installation. High end products at a reasonable price has made our decision to go solar totally worth it. I was referred to MAD Energy NW through a colleague of mine who hired Mike (the owner) to do some electrical work on an investment property of his. After looking up and verifying his license with the county to be active and free from violation I gave him a call to pick his brain and get a second opinion estimate. Mike was able to quickly and concisely explain the work to be completed in such a way so that anyone could easily understand it's complexity. He offered two options that would bring the electrical up to code giving me the choice of how to proceed and I really appreciate that. I didnt feel like I was being sold. He showed up early and stayed until all my questions were answered leaving me with peace of mind. Very glad to have finally found an electrician I can trust. Mike is a Master Electrician and a perfectionist in his trade, he was also polite and courteous. It has been my experience in dealing with home remodels with all types of tradesmen and general contractors that there is an overwhelming level of arrogance and bravado that one has to navigate through. You won't experience that when you choose to do business with the professionals at MAD Energy  NW. Thank you Mike for all your help! You've definitely earned my business!

Dave came out yesterday to my house to give me a bid on some work I have and his customer service was amazing. Looking forward in working with him in the near future.

The owner, Jeff, is amazing!  He took my phone call while he was off site, in the middle of a job, and he offered to help me with a technical issue when I was ready...

As it happened, I wasn't finally ready until Saturday came around, so I reached out to him, not expecting follow up from him until Monday.

Instead, not only did Jeff follow up with me within minutes on a Saturday, but he followed up again after that to be sure I had ordered the correct electrical adapter from Tesla so I would be good to go and ready to start charging when our Tesla arrives.

This review is not for work done but rather their customer service. I have a townhouse and share the roof with my neighbor. Pinnacle provided the highest bid so my neighbor did not want to go with them. They were my first choice because they were providing us with the best quality work. They were even willing to meet me halfway but in the end, we chose the company my neighbor wanted. I realized I'm not planning to live in this townhouse (it's a rental) and over the long term, I plan to sell it so I decided it's not worth it to put in the top of the line roof.
