I called and left a voice mesage that I needed my furnace pilot light re-lit. I also sent a text. Chuck responded to my text message within 1/2 an hour. He was actually closed for the day but he did return my text message that he was not able to come out perform furnace service because he is booked through mid January. I do appreciate the fact that Chuck had the professional decency to promptly reponse to my messages.

Vinh and his crew at NorCal painting are exceptional contractors. They completed painting and several small home improvement tasks at our place. Dave the Handyman was quickly responsive and reassuring.  He arrived on time and was very respectful.  He knew exactly what to do AND showed me how to get some drawer latches unlatched should I need to in the future. I will definitely use Dave in the future. I highly recommend him
