I used YELP to find a good painter for painting several rooms in my home. Out of four almost 5-star painters that I chose from YELP only Vinh honored his promise of showing up exactly on time to give me a fair estimate for the work. That in itself put him on the top of the list to hire. I hired Vinh and he not only painted all rooms in one day, as he had promised, but he also installed a ceiling fixture, fixed the sheetrock above the fireplace, and fixed our leaky toilet that I was just about to call a plumber to come over and fix. He overheard me talking on the phone and offered to help by fixing the toilet for $50, which I immediately accepted. He sent me out to get some parts for the toilet from the hardware store that I did.

On the day of the work Vinh called me to let me know he was going to be 10 minutes late. I really appreciated this notice although I would not have even raised a fuss over him being 10 minutes late, as I have had service/delivery people being late for hours without even calling. I will certainly hire Vinh again for my next job. My next project is to convert my fireplace from tiles to granite and/or marble. Vinh said he could do that as well and quoted me a very reasonable price. His business card says he does sheetrock, stucco, woodwork, drywall texturing and more.
