German of iPower Electric deserves a 5 star review for his personal handling of my two fifty year old lamp repairs. He was thorough and efficient in doing the job. German recommended that I purchase LED lightbulbs to reduce heat and also wear and tear of the new lamp sockets. I followed his advice and have installed LED bulbs. I highly recommend iPower Electric!

I was amazed how efficient, courteous, and professional Eleney Electric was to work with! We needed new lighting fixtures installed in our bathroom and with in just over a day they gave me an estimate, then scheduled and completed the work. We are very happy with the entire experience from start to finish.

I hired Redwood Electric to install 4 ceiling fans (with wall switches) and to run some ethernet cabling in our home.

Jothi Param is the owner and it's obvious he takes great pride in a job well done and highly satisfied customers. Jothi returned my call for a quote promptly and came to my home on time a few days later to give me a quote. He was thorough in checking out the situation and gave me good advice on wall switches he recommended to control my Hunter ceiling fans.
Jothi's quote was the best and most complete of the three I received and we agreed on a date for the work. He and his crew arrived on time and were thorough, courteous, and highly competent.

Among the many things I'd praise about their work:
- They treated my home with white gloves thoroughly protecting surfaces wherever they worked and cleaning up thoroughly in each area as they finished.
- They worked diligently making sure that things were installed just as I wanted them without me having to chase after them.
- Working all day in my home, they were friendly and polite at all times and happily answered any question or small request I made.
- Though there were challenges fishing wires through some of my walls, but Jothi made sure his crew did things right and assured me that they could do the job without breaking any wall surfaces. He kept his word and my fans and switches look so good you'd think they had been built into the house during its construction.
- They could have just put the ceiling fans up and left it at that, but Jothi and his team even made sure each fan was well balanced and running as smoothly as it could.

When all was done, they made sure I tested and checked every installation to be sure it was to my satisfaction. As the finishing touch, Jothi kept to his quoted price.

You can be sure that I'll be calling Redwood Electric for any other electrical work I need to do! It's nice to find a great contractor and know that you can trust them.

Called him up, came next day.  John is a great electrician. Did a great job.  Plus he gives you details and if you don't need to spend the money, he will tell you.  I will use him again.

I needed a soundbar installed on my TV which is mounted on the wall over the Fireplace. I emailed Natalie and she gave me a quote for the service. She was very punctual, professional and fair. She actually charged me less than she quoted as she did not to have to uninstall the TV. I was very pleased with the service.

I contacted Byron as well as a few other electricians to get a quote for my radiant floor heating system which recently stopped working. Byron was one of the fastest to respond and provided a very reasonable estimate. He was always very responsive - I called him and asked him several questions over text before our appointment and he was quick to respond to every one.

He arrived on time to our appointment and was very professional. He quickly examined my thermostat and let me know what the issue was as soon as he found it. He replaced it and he even stayed for a little while after to confirm that it was working properly. I am very happy with his service and will be looking contact him for any issues I have in the future.

I am very happy with the work T&H did at my home.  It was just a small job replacing a light fixture, and Wayne was able to schedule my job quickly.  He arrived on time and was professional, friendly, pricing was fair and he did an excellent job.  I will definitely use T&H the next time I have an electrical need in my home.

Dave and his crew are the best in the business, they did my house and business. They are honest, fast, reliable, and best of all they get the job done!!
I have dealt with lots of contractors and most start the job but don't finish. Fuata Electric gets my vote.  They are the best, I highly recommend them!!!

The wife and I have been in our current place for over ten years, and we've had our share of electrical problems.  In the beginning, we shuttled through a number of electricians recommended by various people, but for the last 8 or so years, we've used Rick exclusively.

First, Rick is very responsive.  You call him; he calls you back.  Ditto with email.  If he needs to reschedule, he lets you know in advance.  And if you've worked with contractors to any extent, you know that this simple fact is HUGE.

Also, he's just as happy doing small jobs as he is big jobs.  We have had him in to put in lighting under our kitchen cabinets and replace all of our electrical outlets with childproof ones.  We've had no problems since he did them.  (That counts as a huge job for us, but he also did the lighting for the Harlot Nightclub on Minna, so he can do huge by anyone's standards.)

But he was also willing to come out to help us with our front gate buzzer.  We have a buzzer that unlocks our front door gate so that people can come in without us having to go down to it, and it started fritzing out.  I really liked that even though he had come out for this piddly job, Rick started by suggesting that he simply wrap the internal unit in electrical tape to keep the rain water out to see if that worked before he replaced the entire unit and charged us.  

Turned out that this fix didn't work and he had to come back and replace the entire unit, but I appreciated that he suggested the cheap (free!) option rather than simply doing the work the first time and charging us.

Overall, we love Rick.  He's responsive; willing to do large and small jobs; and he's very knowledgeable and charges a fair price for good, licensed work.

It always feels good to support local businesses, but it's especially rewarding to support ones that are just getting started. When I went on Yelp looking for an electrician, Estiben and Brains Automation Homes didn't even have any reviews yet! It's always a little risky to go with a business with no reviews, but something told me Estiben knew what he was doing, and I can definitely say I made a good choice in selecting him for my home project.

I had been wanting to replace the old and ugly outlets and switches in my home, and decided to get a few quotes just to see what I would be getting myself into. Brains Automation Homes offered a competitive estimate and got the job done exactly as I had requested and quickly (I was able to schedule an appointment the same week I started looking for an electrician). It turns out Estiben is a one-man show breaking out on his own and trying to build up his business (hence, not many reviews). He's licensed, competent, and friendly. He knew exactly what I was talking about when I mentioned I might want to replace an outlet with one that had USB ports. As the business name indicates, Brains Automation Homes has experience with hooking up smart homes, so you know Estiben is knowledgeable about some of the latest tech.

For my project, Estiben arrived on time, was very polite, got the job done well, and cleaned up after himself. In all, he replaced two regular outlets, two outlet-switch combinations with GFCI, two double light switches, two single light switches, and a three-switch contraption in the bathroom that connects to the light, the fan, and a heater. The bathroom switch was a late add-on (I thought it might be too complicated), but Estiben had all the necessary parts, so he was able to take care of it then and there.

I have a few more electrical projects in mind, and I won't hesitate to contact Brains Automation Homes when the time comes.

Fitch electric did a fantastic job and really put a personal touch on the install of my new juicebox EV charger and outlet.

Everyone was honest and easy to work with, from Lucas for site evaluation, to Scott with scheduling, and especially Martin with install. (Martin was a rockstar, and went to Home Depot when he didn't have the right part so the project wasn't delayed, big kudos to Martin!)

Not only we're they easy, timely, and affordable, but they were personal. Huge props for a local business!

Jaime responded quickly and checked 3 ceiling non-functioning remote controlled ceiling fans and determined that the receivers were the problem, so that I can now decide whether to repair or replace. He also installed a new bathroom exhaust fan I had purchased as a replacement. Reasonable rates.

Super fast response to install our Tesla wall charger. Bid was very reasonable. Electrician was super friendly and also explained how we use our generator during any rolling blackouts. 100% would use again

From quoting the job to completion, the team at Reyff was awesome. Showed up on time, and did the job as promised and on budget. We wouldn't hesitate recommending them!

Micah was quick to respond to my outreach for a quote. He gave me his pricing up front, and came in the next day. He was super professional and super nice, and fixed our laundry list of issues. He even walked me through what he was doing so I could learn. He didn't just recommend the most expensive fix, but actually gave me options.

He's a second generation electrician and owns his own business. If you're in the east bay and looking for a fair and honest electrician, Micah is your guy.

I paid deposit ($500) but permit was eventually denied. Owner called to update me with the status and offered full refund.

Boris is, without a doubt, the most intelligent, efficient, and kind electrician I have come across. As a new business owner, I've had a variety of emergency electrical projects arise, and Boris never ceases to amaze me with his ability to tackle any problem.

Trustworthy professional, with a great sense of humor to boot. I strongly recommend Boris to anyone looking for a helping hand.
