I tripped a breaker, and didn't know how to reset the spring (now I do, thanks to Chet) but it left my home office and entire section of the house without power. I hired a guy to install a smart home system in my house.  It included lighting controls, an full AV system, speakers throughout, Netstreams, etc.  They installer was a flake and left many parts of my system in disarray, and then flew the coop.  I had heard of Cham through a friend of mine who had recently used him with rave reviews.  Cham came to my house and I was immediately sold.  Not only was he professional (calling you back promptly, explaining his costs up front and intelligently trouble shooting), but he was also a very nice guy.  I would highly, highly recommend Cham to anyone who is in need of a AV specialist.

Robert did an amazing job installing my home audio and video.  He set up surround sound in my huge living room, safely mounted my TV on the wall and sourced the best Audio for me to use.  He went so far as to connect everything seamlessly, and even gave me a full lesson on how to run it all!  He was very communicative, thoughtful, considerate and mindful when working with me on how I wanted to approach this project.  He left the job done with out a mess and working perfectly.  I would highly recommend Bulterman Electric over all others in the Bay Area!

A friend recommended Art to install a 240V outlet to charge our electric car, as he had done the same for them. Art was super responsive and agreed to visit me on a Sunday to estimate the cost, which was very reasonable. He then returned a few days later to get the job done. While doing the work, he noticed something unexpected about the wiring in our house and took time to explain what he was investigating, and what he concluded and why. We plan to have Art back to do other installations in our home.

Called Bart to come take a look at our company building and possibly find a solution to an issue I had for a new printing machine that was on the way.  I had called him the first time and we were unsuccessful but after further inspection I called to see if he could come back which he did hat same day only a few hours later.  He found a much cheaper and feasible solution to my problem and came that very next Monday.  He was responsive and professional and recommend his services to anyone!!!

Michael has always been on time for our appointments. He wears booties inside the house and had his mask on the entire time.  

Michael provided at least three different options for the various jobs we had.  There was never any pressure to choose one option (like the highest priced one) over others.

The work he did for us was nothing short of spectacular.  He didn't leave behind a mess--in fact, my kitchen was cleaner after he was done with a job.
