Best Electrical Panel Installation in San Francisco CA

The iPower team was efficient from the beginning to the end. They hold their end of the bargain and installed the Tesla charger on time, on budget at quality level I was expecting. They also explained how they would the job which helped. I would work with this team again.

The first call I made to Eleney Electric was when I was having a housewarming party for my first home in SF and when I came home from last minute shopping noticed that my light switch was not working and out of all places the living room!!!! He came on such a short notice and hooked me up so my party of 40 would have not been like camping for adults indoors! What a business and what a guy, Fearghal came so swiftly to help in my home. Jothi and his team were great. We had a unique project and Jothi was 100% behind the idea. We had designed our own solar power system with the help of a solar supply company. We needed someone to install it and that's where Redwood Electric came into the picture. This approach was cheaper and far higher quality than the solar installer companies. Jothi and his team did a fantastic job installing the system. I was hands on from the start so when I told Jothi I would be on the roof too, he welcomed it and his guys were great. I worked on the roofing aspect and they handled the solar gear install side of things. We couldn't be more happy with the final result! We have a very high quality system installed by a great team. I tried getting quotes out of a couple of other electricians, but the best I could get was pretty vague about what the cost would be.  Brookline will give you a very detailed itemized quote, and if the costs exceed the quote, you will be able to tell exactly what it was for and what it costs.  Their work is extremely high quality, and they always maintain a professional attitude - and the work was done on schedule, which was really important because we had other contractors on the job as well.  I give them 4 stars, which I consider really high (there's got to be a 5th star out there for everyone to strive for).

I highly recommend Valencia Electric.  I like to support local businesses and women-owned businesses.  Natalie, who I believe owns Valencia Electric, gave me an initial estimate and stayed within the estimate through to job completion.  During both visits she arrived on time, was efficient at diagnosing the problem and fixing it (replaced ceiling fixture).  

She understood my predicament, being a small local business owner as well and the necessity to have working lights for us to open and conduct business.  So although she had a very busy schedule, she made time for me.  I appreciated her thoughtfulness in this instance.

Wayne of T&H Electric has excellent communication and was very easy to work with. He explained everything that needed to be done for my project and performed the work to my satisfaction even though it was last minute. I recommend this company to anyone needing electrician services.

We needed to upgrade our main panel, ground 8 outlets and fix issues with the 220v line in our garage. We've got estimates from 6 electricians. Fuata Electric's price was quite competitive, moreover Dave appeared to be very knowledgeable and honest guy. We couldn't be more happier with electrical work  that was done by him and his crew. They were incredibly efficient, the job was done very fast, with great quality, moreover Dave was communicating with PGE on my behalf about fixing issues with the power line.

Rick is incredibly professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend him to other people. I needed to have a number of electrical outlets swapped out and some basic electrical work completed. Rick gave me clear options about how to proceed, was on time, completed the work quickly, cleaned up the house afterwards and was an absolute pleasure to speak to.  In addition, he helped trouble shoot other issues I have with some overhead lights. I'm definitely going to use him again in the future.

It always feels good to support local businesses, but it's especially rewarding to support ones that are just getting started. When I went on Yelp looking for an electrician, Estiben and Brains Automation Homes didn't even have any reviews yet! It's always a little risky to go with a business with no reviews, but something told me Estiben knew what he was doing, and I can definitely say I made a good choice in selecting him for my home project.

I had been wanting to replace the old and ugly outlets and switches in my home, and decided to get a few quotes just to see what I would be getting myself into. Brains Automation Homes offered a competitive estimate and got the job done exactly as I had requested and quickly (I was able to schedule an appointment the same week I started looking for an electrician). It turns out Estiben is a one-man show breaking out on his own and trying to build up his business (hence, not many reviews). He's licensed, competent, and friendly. He knew exactly what I was talking about when I mentioned I might want to replace an outlet with one that had USB ports. As the business name indicates, Brains Automation Homes has experience with hooking up smart homes, so you know Estiben is knowledgeable about some of the latest tech.

For my project, Estiben arrived on time, was very polite, got the job done well, and cleaned up after himself. In all, he replaced two regular outlets, two outlet-switch combinations with GFCI, two double light switches, two single light switches, and a three-switch contraption in the bathroom that connects to the light, the fan, and a heater. The bathroom switch was a late add-on (I thought it might be too complicated), but Estiben had all the necessary parts, so he was able to take care of it then and there.

I have a few more electrical projects in mind, and I won't hesitate to contact Brains Automation Homes when the time comes.

Five stars is not nearly enough.  I requested estimates from seven electricians on Yelp. I sent pictures and described what I wanted done.  I said I would like the work completed sometime over the next three days and asked for estimates.  

Four electricians wanted to set up appointments to provide an estimate and then schedule the actual work. Two electricians provided tentative rates or estimates that to my mind seemed excessive.

Jaime was the only one who provided a firm and exceedingly reasonable estimate based on the pictures and description of work.  He was available to do the work the next morning.  He showed up and immediately began working.  It took a little over an hour to complete the repair.

The before and after pictures speak for themselves.  He cleaned up a massively out of control set wires in a junction box in the garage and ran a new wire to a new outlet closer to the garage door opener eliminating the need for an extension cord.  

Jaime's English is a bit limited but we were able communicate okay.  He could see exactly what needed to be done so communication really wasn't an issue.

In terms of results, the finished project is above and beyond what I had expected.

Had routine service and tuneup. Salvatore was very clear in his explanation.   Very thorough and left the place tidier than he found it. Did not try to upsell me on superfluous services. Highly recommend.

We asked for a quote for a variety of work: dimming pot lights in the living room and hallways, replacing a ceiling fan, rerouting garage lighting.  Appointments were on time, quote was reasonable, the work was perfect, and the service was professional and efficient (friendly too!).  They arrived exactly at 8 AM for the fan replacement and were saying goodbye at 8:20 (including showing us how to use the remote).  We have found a great company and will recommend them to anyone needed electricians.

I recently moved into a new home with a pretty old and confusing outdoor lighting set up. Micah was quick in responding to my quote request and was able to come over the next morning to take a look. In addition to solving the immediate problems, Micah gave us advice on future improvements. He was efficient, clear, and friendly. His rates are fair. I will 100% be calling him again for future electrical updates.

The work was done on time and correctly, for which I give them two stars.  Would have been five if not for the relentless badgering for payment that began, literally, the minute the job was completed.  I didn't receive an invoice for three days after the job, at which point the day consisted of multiple texts, email, and phone messages demanding payment.  Further, the invoice was dated due five days before the work was scheduled, despite the $1000 deposit I paid.  There are many electrical service companies out there.  Find one that doesn't pay for fake reviews and won't treat you like a deadbeat and harass you nonstop until paid.

These guys were great. I don't write a lot of yelp reviews, but I feel like these guys earned it. Their estimator Nero came out and gave me a fair quote for wiring up a new tankless water heater as well as some lighting work. They weren't the cheapest quote that I got but they seemed the most competent. They were prompt getting their guys out there and their services were quick and professional. They cleaned up a lot of my conduit and ran a new thermostat line for me that was tucked cleanly through the crawl space up into the wall. After some miscommunication (probably on my end) about what work they would do and what the plumbers were responsible for, Nero came back out and spent an hour of his time in the rain to tie up a couple of loose ends. On top of that, my plumbers initially had a hard time firing up the new tankless and suspected that the electrical was faulty, so Nero sent his guys back out after hours to confirm that everything was wired up correctly (it was).

In short - great electricians, fair price, and really go the extra mile to make sure their customers are satisfied.

This electrician knows his shit. He put in a 220 line for me on a moment's notice. I'm very picky about clean routing and wiring. He did a great job. I was a little hesitant at first because Mike is rough around the edges. But don't let this fool you. He does a professional job, he knows the codes, and he does good work!
