Best Electric Water Heater Repair in San Francisco CA

John was responsive,  solved the problems quickly and in a very professional manner.  He is a very experienced electrician who does a superb job in a timely fashion.

This Company over charges (by about double) and is not very good at diagnosing the problem. They just seem to be in the business of trying to sell a new furnace. I called them to diagnose my furnace issue. They wanted to charge me 1000 to repair a part I found online for 85 and took less than an hour to fix which did not fix the problem. They didn't even diagnose the issue correctly. I had a second company come out and diagnose the issue and fix the real issue for a lot less. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I can't recommend Eric and his team highly enough.

I spent weeks, months trying to find a shop that could handle 1) AC panel upgrade, 2) 5-6 different 120V and 240V wiring (for us to convert from gas to electric for water heater, furnace, range, dryer), 3) manage the water heater install, 4) pull all electrical, plumbing, and building permits, 5) complete the scope on time and on budget to meet permit, tax credit, and state incentive requirements.

Eric and his team were professional and responsive; on budget and thorough; checked in often on feedback and design decisions; knew every inch of existing code and upcoming code changes; and are incredibly knowledgeable about all of these different appliances and buildings, the best cost/value/environmental benefit of each.

No other shop could have put eyes on everything we were trying to do on this whole home electrification project in a complex SF permitting environment and done such a great job in managing the project and me as a client.

A week prior we scheduled a service window 2-4PM.  At 3:50PM that day that service was due we were called to be advised wouldn't be here until about 5PM.  Too late due other scheduling.  Service cancelled.

Oh my goodness, what can I say about Berkeley Home Repair!!! My mom needed to replace some light fixtures and a ceiling fan. Damon responded quickly, fairly priced and keep me posted when the time changed for the appointment.

Then he sent over the best electrician EVER - Mr. Daniel!!! This man is was heaven sent and knows his stuff. I had a great time talking with Daniel as he worked away. My parents and I were very impressed with the job Daniel did. My mom already has plans to use them in the future.

Had some issues with electrical outlets not working, and called Yevgeny.  He arrived on time, and expertly investigated and diagnosed the issue.  Furthermore, he helped fix my stovetop since a couple burners were not heating.  Great job!

We have had a very positive experience with Aldo from Ongaro. About a month ago, we had another plumber come to deal with a kitchen sink clog. They did a bad job, and it resulted in kitchen waste backing up into shower a few weeks later - and they would not guarantee their work. Ongaro was able to get Aldo out within an hour, and he had the problem diagnosed and fixed within 45 minutes. He was very responsive and professional, and the pricing was fair.

Ted is a total rockstar handyman; does great work, fair prices, and a great communicator. Great attention to detail! A total gem.

Recently completed an entire kitchen, living, dining, hall and den remodel
in a condo in Diamond Hts.  Kevin Main of KLM Utilities, a licensed, bonded & insured contractor installed all the electrical including rewiring,
installing many new & additional circuits to a panel on the lower level.  Kevin designed and installed indirect LED lighting under cabinets & coved lighting in the vaulted ceiling. His electricians did a first class install including all new downlights and included the latest switches and outlets as well as low voltage lighting and power. Kevin checked on his electricians daily sometimes, twice a day.  Kevin and his crew are nice people,and brilliant talented technicians.   ***** out of 5 stars.

Andrew was ultimate professional.  Neat. On time.  Pleasant.  And he did diagnose the problem correctly,  for just over half what others charged minimum.  (Others wanted 150 alone for the visit.  This was much less) Gave written upgrade suggestions, which our initial visit can be used as a credit towards, but absolutely no pressure. I played phone tag with several firms, Pacific helped right away.

I started just needing an outdoor light fixture changed, but have had an issue with a dozen outlets in the house not being grounded and have not had success finding anyone willing to do the work because it's pretty hard and a maze under my house.  
I initially met with Sam, who scoped out the project and then as we got to talking I shared by other issues and he was able to get me a good deal on just fixing all my issues and insisted I add a dedicated circuit to my home office where I have a ton of computers and equipment.
Less than a week later the installation crew came out,  Chris ,Luis, and Josh and worked all day getting half of the project done, the following week it was finished up with Christian and Josh.  Everyone was super professional and friendly.  Even our 20 year old cat was at peace around them as they worked, he is normally a scaredy cat who would hide, so it confirmed that they vibe was good.
When they were done I was given some coupons and a warranty of service.  They cleaned up everything and left the place looking great.  The joy of having a house of grounded outlets is cathartic after all these years putting up with it.  I would recommend them to others and plan to engage them again for some future projects I have.

Check Out how old and messed up my old sub-panel was . Nelson replaced it with a new higher amp sub-panel and did the best work I could possibly ask for and still better price than anyone else around. He even went out of his way to put on a nice frame to make it look even better because the old one was so small and out dated. Will be calling every time
for future electrical needs. Thanks again!
