Best Electric Water Heater Repair in San Francisco CA

Brookline Electric came recommended to me from Cole Hardware. John Peters was very responsive in terms of getting back to me, and took care of my bathroom dimmer problem quickly. While he was fixing the dimmer, he noticed that my home was not up to code in terms of carbon monoxide and smoke detection. John replaced my hallway smoke alarm with a new combination carbon monoxide/smoke alarm, and then positioned the old one in the bedroom for extra protection there, upgrading it with a 10-year lithium-ion battery for free. It was nice to have that done, and I appreciated the extra service!

There is a Retarded Old Guy Plumber that came to our neighborhood. I caught him on act and about to KICK my dog. I said stop he is only 3 moths old and just playing around. Yes my dog is barking loud but he is just excited and I took him quickly but just before I leave he told me if u did not get him, you'll get your dog across the street. VERY RUDE OLD MAN! Is that what u do when u visit your clients location?? Can't believe you.

I spent weeks, months trying to find a shop that could handle 1) AC panel upgrade, 2) 5-6 different 120V and 240V wiring (for us to convert from gas to electric for water heater, furnace, range, dryer), 3) manage the water heater install, 4) pull all electrical, plumbing, and building permits, 5) complete the scope on time and on budget to meet permit, tax credit, and state incentive requirements.

Eric and his team were professional and responsive; on budget and thorough; checked in often on feedback and design decisions; knew every inch of existing code and upcoming code changes; and are incredibly knowledgeable about all of these different appliances and buildings, the best cost/value/environmental benefit of each.

No other shop could have put eyes on everything we were trying to do on this whole home electrification project in a complex SF permitting environment and done such a great job in managing the project and me as a client.

I have had Service Champions for several years. Every time they do there yearly checkup they always find something wrong and it cost me money. Conveniently for them it's when the warranty has expired. This year checkup was no different I needed to have the blower cleaned. They were suppose to call back to do the cleaning. Never got a call back. After a week of being here the furnace stop working. I had to have them come out again. This time I needed a Gas Valve.. Of course as usual they did not have the part and had to order. I am without heat. They did suggest I go and get portable heaters that they would pay for. I would probably give them up but the furnace is under warranty for a few more years.

We had the team paint the exterior and interior of our studio shed, as well as stain the wood around the door. They did a great job and were a super easy to work with, answered all my concerns and the end result was beautiful.
We will definitely reach out to them for our next project.

Yevgeny came to our apartment on a Sunday afternoon to unclog a shower, which he did expediently and professionally. Since it was a Sunday call and we had paid for an hour's worth of work, he offered to help out us and fix other nagging plumbing and electrical issues in our apartment. He fixed our bathroom sink, diagnosed a dimmer switch problem and took a look at the state of our pipes and gave us an honest assessment of future work. He didn't have to do this. He could have packed up his things and gotten home early. Instead, he stayed the full hour and helped us tremendously. He was professional, courteous and honest. We will use him again for any of our plumbing and electrical needs.

Mike was punctual, knowledgeable, efficient, and reasonably priced. He fixed a door, anchored a dresser, mounted a TV to the wall, and assessed a few other items on our wish list. Scheduling/communication was easy and responsive. We would look forward to hiring and working with Mike again!

From other reviews it appears that people like them when they do heating work and not when they do plumbing. We had them clean and fix leaks in our heating ducts. We were very satisfied with their work. They kept the premises clean and were very friendly and efficient. It was our impression that they are not the cheapest option, but they seemed to know what they are doing.

I had many people say they were either going to call me back or show up for an assignment, but Ted was the only one who kept his word. No shade, but shade...I had no idea how unreliable people are in this line of work. It was a relief to find someone who is trustworthy. In one meeting our door got fixed  and that was that, thanks buddy.

Kevin solved three problems within an hour under $120 and was so fair and reasonable in his price, which I was told by other contractors, etc. would cost over $400 to solve just one problem! I appreciate his honesty, kindness and fairness. He was able to come right in and assess each problem and was forthright with his recommendations. He gave me great advice regarding updating all of my electrical needs when I plan to remodel the kitchen, which I really appreciate. I will definitely use him in the future for any electrical work and have already told friends and family about him. He is a rare find.

Interesting all the years I have used this sight I always had quotes. And I have come across some very high standard companies. Companies that don't value their manpower or skills want money up front.  Good luck to you.. I'll send you pictures of my beautiful paint job from a company who gave me a quote.

Excellent work. Nelson came quickly and on time and wearing a mask. He thought though the project (4 recessed lights), checked access and told me what to expect and what he would do, all before he started work. Quick and efficient (and he cleaned up)! Lights work beautifully. Changed the room. Will have him back.
