Best DVD/Movie Player Setup in San Francisco CA

Needed help with my Savant remote and was getting frustrated with the slow response from the person who set up my system.  So I called Regent 5 on a weekend planning to leave a VM but actually got a live person who set up an appt with me for the next business day.  Cham came out and not only fixed it but also showed me how to troubleshoot in case it happened again.  Easy solution at a reasonable cost.  Impressed!
