Best Ceiling in San Francisco CA
Quick response and the owner was very knowledgeable and helped me figure out what was needed (new circuit to connect washer & dryer) and then got it done. The team was very professional and efficient, great communication and follow-up. I highly recommend this team!

Fearghal is the best! He helped me fix some lighting - he first helped me figure out over text and a phone call what the solution should be, then made sure I ordered the right parts by sending me the Amazon links, then came over to install it all.
That wasn't all. On his way out, I mentioned that a part of a lamp in my apartment had come loose. He took a look and said he'd think about what a good solution was - this wasn't part of his job, but he just offered to think on my behalf. He then texted me to tell me he had a solution and came back FREE OF CHARGE. He brought a tool with him that fixed my lamp, and he said he was happy to help.
I'm a fan for life.

I texted John on a Saturday after having some weird electrical shortage that took out power in my kitchen and part of my living room. He texted back immediately while he was on vacation! He also told me he no longer did the work I needed but sent me a referral.
Though I didn't actually work with John, I was quite impressed by him taking the time to respond to me and providing information on his vacation and not just blowing me off. Thank you!

Fantastic! Natalie finished the installation today and we could not be happier. We have an old house, with a tall mantle and plaster walls. We needed a mount that could move in all directions, but it was not something I felt comfortable doing on my own. I am so happy we found Valencia Electric. Natalie first performed a consultation where she informed us of our options, then she worked with me in finding the right mount. We got a new mount that she hadn't used before, but she figured out the best way to use it on our fragile walls and the end result is amazing.
Natalie is professional, very reasonable price-wise, and extremely skilled.

It always feels good to support local businesses, but it's especially rewarding to support ones that are just getting started. When I went on Yelp looking for an electrician, Estiben and Brains Automation Homes didn't even have any reviews yet! It's always a little risky to go with a business with no reviews, but something told me Estiben knew what he was doing, and I can definitely say I made a good choice in selecting him for my home project.
I had been wanting to replace the old and ugly outlets and switches in my home, and decided to get a few quotes just to see what I would be getting myself into. Brains Automation Homes offered a competitive estimate and got the job done exactly as I had requested and quickly (I was able to schedule an appointment the same week I started looking for an electrician). It turns out Estiben is a one-man show breaking out on his own and trying to build up his business (hence, not many reviews). He's licensed, competent, and friendly. He knew exactly what I was talking about when I mentioned I might want to replace an outlet with one that had USB ports. As the business name indicates, Brains Automation Homes has experience with hooking up smart homes, so you know Estiben is knowledgeable about some of the latest tech.
For my project, Estiben arrived on time, was very polite, got the job done well, and cleaned up after himself. In all, he replaced two regular outlets, two outlet-switch combinations with GFCI, two double light switches, two single light switches, and a three-switch contraption in the bathroom that connects to the light, the fan, and a heater. The bathroom switch was a late add-on (I thought it might be too complicated), but Estiben had all the necessary parts, so he was able to take care of it then and there.
I have a few more electrical projects in mind, and I won't hesitate to contact Brains Automation Homes when the time comes.

I thought I had three outlets that did not work; it turned out to be four. I suspect that they had been out for quite a while. I thought the problem was with my blow dryers, so I just let my hair dry on its own. I never expected it could be my wiring. I went to several outlets and decided to call an electrician when none worked. The referral my neighbor gave me for a company he uses could only come out for a few days. I checked Yelp for electricians near me and Jamie's Power was top on the list. He had great reviews, although none from anyone I know. I read the other reviews these people wrote and they seemed like honest reviews.
Jamie came out the next day and replaced a GFCI, outlet and then the others worked. I was excited and I tried all the other formally dead outlets, they worked. but the prongs on the plugs came out hot. I called Jamie back and he came out and replaced them
This company is knowledgeable, reasonably priced, prompt, and friendly. He does not take credit cards, English is not easy for him. Neither of these will keep me from calling him again.

Reyff has done a couple of projects for me and my experience has been great. We had one small issue on the last work, and they were quick to send staff to address it. Due to some confusion the direct problem was not identified and the situation could have gotten worse, but Reyff remained dedicated to making sure I was 100% satisfied. The staff in the field and particularly Deszerei in the office made the absolute best of the situation. I will continue to use Reyff for my needs and recommend them to others. Great prices, great work and top quality service.

I booked a ton of time in advance, they cancelled a few hours before and didn't provide any decent alternative in the foreseeable future. They're probably great if you can get them to come, but I'm guessing over subscribed, which sucks.

Mr. Wong came to fix a sparking breaker box in my linen closet, caused by a light in my kitchen falling down. He is awesome!

I messaged Mario on Monday at 7:30am and he replaced a defective GFCI outlet in less than 5 minutes the same day at 4pm. Would definitely recommend.

I found Bay Electric and Kevin on the Tesla website as an suggested service provider. I was quoted $1200 to install the wall charger (not including the charger itself). Upon getting to the property, I was told that my main was full so I would have to relocate some breakers to install a sub. No matter -- I wanted the charger in. Fortunately, there was a small subpanel in the truck so we could complete the job right there and then. The total cost came out to $2000.
While the price seemed pretty reasonable up front, it conveniently did not include a permit. Moreover upon putting in my solar a few months later, DBI said I needed to re-wire from the main to the sub because Bay Electric had put in the wrong gauge. So long story short, that was another couple hundred to a different electrician and another day that I had to stay home at work. Overall the work was fine and came in at a lower cost for quotes but this shouldn't be difficult to any (licensed) electrician to perform.

Edward was the best electrician we have ever used. We needed a 240V level 2 EV charging station put in our garage as well as a few other 120V outlets both inside and outside. Edward came over the next day and added everything in perfectly. Clean, great value and quick response. We now have multiple new outlets and a great easy access spot for charging our EV. Highly recommend this guy!

5 stars for my experience with Sal and Boyes Electric. Sal came out to assess my electrical job the same day. He was super on point with all the details pertaining to the job. Before he left, he provided me with a rough estimate of what the job would cost. I received the detailed full quote later that same day and they were available to do the work a few days later.

RB Electric is a wonderful family electrical business - hire them!
My husband and I are remodeling our kitchen and we needed all new electrical. Our house is very old, from 1926 so it's cloth and tube.
We spoke with several companies and decided to go with RB Electic. The owner, Rigo, came out and walked us through what we needed. He is a pleasure to work with - clearly an expert at his craft and eager to provide a really good experience for us. We found his prices to be reasonable given the complexity of the work.
Rigo and his crew showed up on time and were ready to get started. Our job took an entire day and he had all of the materials (boxes, switches, etc) ready to go with him. They removed all of the old electrical and replaced it with new wiring and the correct boxes for the oven and fan hood. They worked very hard all day long and ask me a few questions along the way to make sure it was exactly what I wanted.
I've dealt with a lot of contractors over the years. Rigo and his crew are by far the best electricians I've ever worked with and we'll be hiring them again in the future. I highly recommend getting a quote from RB Electric and considering them for your electrical needs.

Duncan and Colby did fantastic work updating the electrical in our very old house. They arrived early, worked very hard, were extremely personable, and were such a pleasure to have in our home. We would give 10 stars if we could!

Michael fixed a faulty outlet for me the same day I contacted him. Recently a socket in my house sparked when I put a plug in it. My regular maintenance person (Richard Peltzman of RMS Maintenance Services) who has helped me enormously over the years, recommended the electrician, Michael Fairholm, with whom he's had excellent experiences in the past. Michael was easy to reach!! He uses both phone and email and I sent him an email. He responded promptly (within less than one hour of sending the email) and even took the time to tell me in a phone message that he'd responded by email. As it turned out, his response had gone into my spam, so it was good that he let me know about his email. He came by and fixed the outlet later that the same day, so I didn't have to worry about a faulty outlet in my home. He explained everything as he was fixing it, and gave a very fair price for the work. He provided a clear estimate before doing the work, and emailed a receipt for the work before he left. He was very efficient, knowledgeable and capable. I would certainly hire him again for any electrical work and highly recommend him.

You can never go wrong with Cham. He's extremely knowledgeable at what he does. Once he walks into your house, he knows exactly what is best for you. We totally underpaid him for what he has done for installing our home entertainment system. He walked in our house at 3 pm and didn't leave until 4 in the morning for two straight days to finish the work!. He makes sure everything is perfect before he leaves. We bought a $3000 bose system hoping he can install it for us. He thinks it's a piece of crap and suggested us to sell it asap. He recommended other brand names which are cheaper and give us higher quality sound. We ended up spending less money for the entertainment systems and got ourself a Wii, blue ray disc dvd player, and better sound quality system. Woohoo! As good as he gets. We are extremely happy at his finish work. LOVED the Logitech Harmony remote he told us to get. He programmed all our favorite channels and we can turn on everything with a press of a button. Everything is better than expected. Our project was extremely complicated. Everything needs to be rewired in between the walls. He helped us rewire new speaker wires, running new HDMI cables to the bedroom, installing higer gauge speaker wire and programming our logitech remote and setting up our receiver. He gave us a GREAT price. There's no one in hell would do all that work for the price he quoted us. Best person to go to if you want to set up your entertainment system. He loves what he does. Funny man and very Buff. Will highly recommend him for friends and family. Quick response via phone and email. Call him to get a free estimate. Cham, if you read this. Thank you so much for what you have done for us!

We have a partial power outage in our house. Alex came within 30 minutes, and correctly diagnosed the problem. He also came in and installed a part on our roof needed to hold the wires securely. The service was prompt, the prive was reasonable, and communications were clear. Great service and I would recommend Alex to others.
