We hired JMO to install outdoor flood lights and a garage outlet. Communication was very good starting with the quote, scheduling of the work and finally the work date itself. Javier and his crew were very punctual and respectful of the circumstances with Covid (they all work masks and wore coverings over their shoes when they entered our home) and asked questions when they needed our input. The work itself was conscientiously done, taking into account beams in our garage and limiting the access through walls. The work was finished quickly and efficiently. The pricing was good and we felt satisfied that we received quality work at a good value. We would certainly use JMO again and highly recommend their services.

Damon and Daniel are rock stars. Damon is highly communicative and was the only contractor that I talked to during consultation that asked for photos and went over every detail about the electrical work that I needed done. The job was done well, on time, and to my satisfaction.

Tried for over a month to schedule a walk thru and get an estimate. I emailed/called and he responded with a text. Then I emailed as requested and he said that he would call back. He never returned my call. I texted to follow up - no response. I called again and he said to email the plans again and then call him on Tuesday after he had time to review our plans. Called today and he said that he would call back in 20 mins to review the job. He never called back. Terrible customer service. This is a fairly big project. Incredibly unprofessional!

We did a fairly large remodel and used Alex Tong for the electrical portion.  Alex was great.  He works by himself, and calls in helpers if needed.  He is an electrical engineer.  He is organized.  Most importantly, he is honest and stands by his bid and his word.  No hassle, not trying to increase the price along the way, as many others do.  He is correctly priced.  He spent extra amounts of time figuring out how to do things well -- which we liked.  He uses top quality materials.
Alex can be pretty busy but he works on week-ends and tries to accommodate his clients' schedules.

They came out and made a very reasonable quote, set a time and date and then actually arrived ahead of time.  They called and asked if it was OK to come early and I sure had no problem with that.  With so many technicians, they are late or don't come at all without even contacting the customer.  I recommend this company and especially Russ who did the work with his son.

Friendly, helpful, informative, and cost sensitive.  Much appreciated.  He helped me with different issues on two different buildings and addressed an issue that came up and was time-sensitive.  He's a good guy.

Ed and his helper installed an EV charger circuit for me. Was installed quick and how I wanted it installed. He is very responsive and shows he knows a lot from experience!

We needed to have our old electrical service completely replaced and upgraded after a short in the incoming power line.  It was great working with Mr. Atalay.  He was honest and reasonably priced.  Also a very nice gentleman.  I would recommend him to anyone and will probably use him again.

Ash has saved my life many times.  My flat, my two tenants flats.  This 1870 Victorian is always coming up with ways to challenge my patience.  Ash always can find a way to fix the problem.  Today is New Year's Eve and he came to help make it possible to survive this weekend.  Tripping circuits left and right and house guests arrived yesterday.  Couldn't turn the lights on.  Now i am grounded and have dedicated circuits.  I can't believe i can vacuum without turning off everything else in the flat.  Thank you so much and thank you to wife and children for letting him out on New Year's Eve.

Sergei came to install an EV charger for me. He was able to get the work done expediently despite issues with the initial configuration of the fuse box that necessitated quite a bit of rewiring (and a run to Home Depot to retrieve some compatible wiring). He showed up on time, didn't quit until all the work was done despite the scope of the job changing. Very satisfied with final result and would definitely look to him for future projects
