There are plenty of times when a specialized technician is overkill, and it's better to find someone who can take care of a broad range of smaller tasks quickly. Ted is a perfect handyman. He was also clear about things that were better handled by a specialist.

Basically, Ted was very professional throughout; he even brought indoor shoes to wear while inside our home (something noted by another reviewer). I appreciated the time he took to explain what he was doing while sharing the pros and cons of different approaches to resolving the problem.
