Two of our pocket doors were jammed. The technician (Jose) was able to get things fixed eventually but it took him extra time to go back and forth between our unit and their supply house. So an initial 3.5 hour job turned out to take 7.5 hours. We noticed they didn't deduct the technician's lunch time. It wasn't until we spoke that they admitted and deducted 30 minutes for lunch break. Further, the door frame paint got scratched off to remove the pocket doors which we understand was something that the technician had to do. However, he refused to get it repainted and said unless we pay extra. Then I called and they agreed that the technician will go back and get it repainted and said it wouldn't take more than 5 minutes - I was wondering why the technician couldn't want to get it fixed in the first place and consumed such extra time and energy on our end. We'd like to pay the invoice after the repaint is done to make sure that all the issues are resolved but they refused and said they couldn't get it repainted until we pay the invoice. The whole process is frustrating...

We highly respect others' hard work but were expecting more professional service.

Dave was very responsive to my request for someone to update a small bathroom.  Everything but the shower was replaced, including the flooring, paint, vanity, etc.  This is an older home and remodels can be tricky when floors are not level, etc.  Dave has the experience to know how to handle unexpected issues.  I will hire Dave again for our next project.

Bedr and Rabah were fantastic. I felt guilty having them come out downtown during peak rush hour, but it was the only time I could make it work!

I needed to find someone to mount a 4'x8' painting on my wall because I certainly wasn't going to do it! Bedr and Rabah were professional, courteous, and extremely mindful of how we wanted it to be mounted. They even called us over to see an inscription on the back that the artist had written to us before it was going to be impossible to see!

I'm always a little weary letting strangers into my home, especially during COVID. But while these two always had their masks on, their kind demeanor definitely put me at ease.

Sook is great! He was communicative, reliable and got everything in my house fixed that I needed. I'll be referring him out to my real estate clients. It's always nice  to have a great handyman.

Sergei came to install an EV charger for me. He was able to get the work done expediently despite issues with the initial configuration of the fuse box that necessitated quite a bit of rewiring (and a run to Home Depot to retrieve some compatible wiring). He showed up on time, didn't quit until all the work was done despite the scope of the job changing. Very satisfied with final result and would definitely look to him for future projects
