Very rude, then didn't show up or call.  2 hours later I get a text saying he's not coming.  Didn't offer to reschedule, which was probably wise on his part at that point...

My mom living in a rental home had some electrical issues going on and Vic was called to see if he could come and fix the problem. He asked a few questions in regards to the problem and he gave me some trouble shooting advice over the phone as well as put her on his busy schedule.
