We contacted Snyder Electric for two projects. One was to inquire about adding batteries to our solar system. The other was to add a transfer switch to our electric panel so we could connect our generator in case of a power failure. After several phone calls and emails, Mark finally got back to us. After some discussion we decided to wait on adding batteries. Mark told us to send pictures of our panel to him and he said he would get back to us. We sent all the requested pictures.

After several weeks of phone calls and emails-he never did. I spoke to Molly on four occasions and each time she assured me that Mark would get back to me. He never did. If this is the quality of their service-follow ups etc. I would be reluctant to hire this company for a project of any size. Maybe that's why they never got back to me. The transfer switch job was not big enough for them.

Anthony is a life saver! He helped diagnose and replace a faulty inverter about a year ago for me at a very affordable price. Since then, we have kept in-touch and he has come-out to troubleshoot  a few other issues we have had.  Just last week, he stopped by to help troubleshoot what was causing our solar panel breakers to turn off.  He quickly found he problem and the panels are working great now!!  Anthony and his team are professionals in their trade and most importantly, they put their customers needs first by providing them what they need at the best possible price.  If you need your panels serviced or are considering  an install, please give these guys a call.  You'll be glad you did!

I feel pretty good about these guys, and I would definitely use them again. I can tell they are customer oriented because they have a can do attitude and good business sense.

Mr. Lee finished replacing the bathroom light, 2 bathroom exhaust fan, and 3 switches yesterday.  He had to rewire the bathroom for the light and exhaust fan and had to cut open the wall ( 2 small holes) and enlarge the hole for the exhaust fans.  He patched the holes afterwards. His work and service were outstanding  and his price was very very reasonable.  The work areas were covered with plastic sheets and he cleaned and even vacuum the bathroom floor.  He and his staff were extremely polite and courteous. If you need an electrician, Mr. Lee is the person one should contact first to get an estimate.  I will surely recommend him to my friends and will ask him to do any electrical work that I might need in the future. He wore mask and gloves while doing the work.

Rudolph Electric is top notch in my book. They just replaced our outdated fluorescent garage and bathroom lighting with LEDs. Wow, what a difference. Tim and Leonard always make the experience pleasant with their expertise and humor. They get the job done on time and in a professional manner. They always cover our personal items and cleanup after. Katelyn was so kind and helpful and prompt in getting the scheduling handled. This is our 2nd time having them do our lighting work, and we will use them again!
