They were responsive immediately and flexible. They gave me a fair quote too. Then I heard nothing regarding our upcoming install. I contacted the owner days beforehand and found out that he had to leave the state and that I should have received a phone call canceling my install. There was no phone call, and now he isn't responding at all regarding a recommendation or future install date. I was counting on this project being completed before Christmas. Very disappointing.

The service provider came and consulted on the problem I had. We set a time and date for the repair. On the day of the repair I called and messaged the provider, but there was no response. The provider did not show up nor return any calls/messages.
