He came in after another electrician left us in a serious bind. He was thorough, fast and listened to all my concerns and wants. He's the best! We have more work we're lining up with him now.

While the work I received seems fine, I was overcharged.

$160 for a $35 part. Had I been a little more patient, I could have saved at a minimum, $60.  

They charge $50 as a standard service fee to come out to the house in first place.

I usually don't like dealing with home improvement companies but I love Mr. Electric. I have had them out 3 times for various home improvement projects and they were fast, friendly, and reasonably priced. They are also great at cleaning up before they leave.

Called and scheduled an appointment but they never showed. Would have been fine if they would have called me back to reschedule.
