I needed an old window A/C unit removed (and taken downstairs and outside in a walk up building) and a new one installed. He was quick to reply to emails and in and out for the actual job. Very respectful (to me and my apartment) and efficient (seriously, so fast!). I would def recommend and I am sure will use him again in the future.

Stay away...!  Extremely dishonest!   We called ASAP solutions because we had a leak in our toilet.  Their plumber came put a seal around the base of the toilet and said that if the leak continued we had to change the whole toilet.   I called a different plumber because the toilet kept leaking and it was a super simple problem inside the tank where we didn't even need to change parts.  They repaired it in 2 minutes.  They couldn't believe ASAP Solutions told me that I needed a complete new toilet!   I paid $250 to ASAP For the WRONG diagnostic.   BE AWARE!!!!

I used Riverside for some final jobs on my condo . They were very communicative , timely and did the job very well ( I liked the fact they were mindful of not making a mess). A bit on the expensive side but these days , good work is hard to come by - highly recommend

He was quick to respond via Yelp and diagnosed the issue with my sink with a photo and video and able to provide an estimate which was much more reasonable than others. We reached out to several lighting companies re: the installation of 8 recessed lights with a dimmer switch in my living room. Many of the companies replied, but could only do half the job - they could install the lights, but could not repair or patch the holes, meaning I would have to find a second company to do all of that. Annoying.

Thankfully, I kept searching and came across Ricardo at CN Coterie. After a quick estimate, we finalized details for the entire job, and work began a few days later. It took a little longer than anticipated (2 full days of work) to install the 8 lights and wall dimmer switch, and then patch, sand and paint the holes, but the work itself was great and the price was reasonable. Most importantly, Ricardo was responsive and a professional. Definitely recommend him if you need a contractor!
