I wanted my kitchen lighting to be sleek and have full dimmable led lighting control that would allow me to set the mood and let my Victorian house's kitchen shine.  I went into M&M Lighting where Mark was extremely helpful in explaining the types of warm lighting that would work for my new kitchen cabinets.  We worked together to understand my specific needs, tabulated the amperage I would need, ordered the components, and received the supplies a few days later.  With some instruction from Mark I was able to put together all the lighting channels myself to save on costs and then called the M&M team members to hookup my drivers and fix the few sections that I was struggling with.  I absolutely love the end result that is making my kitchen feel complete (once the tile backsplash goes in).

While the electrical passed inspection, we later found numerous issues issues left by the previous owners who had some handy man do their electrical. KS Electric was prompt to communicate and provided a very competitive bid. He came out the same day and completed the work. He even fixed some additional items that were found once we opened up the outlets. He communicated at each step of the way and held the pricing to our original bid even though he did more than what was quoted. He was extremely reasonable and I will he using him for some additional. It's not often I say it was a pleasure when working with tradesman but I can't say enough good things about the experience. My wife is happy to have lighting again.

Very quick response and the job was scheduled in two days and completed in 3 hours. Work was OK. The main electrician was out, so two associates were sent out. Definitely not as smooth an operations as I expected. They couldn't get a ceiling fan to work, so we waited for the 'master' to arrive. He finished it quickly and sorted out a line problem.

I was very clear about the number, types of fixtures, and ceiling heights when a price was quoted - not an estimate.
