I attempted to hire Jacob based entirely on his very positive Yelp reviews, so I feel the need to review my experience to help inform potential clients of my experience. I found Jacob to be very helpful as we discussed the electrical issues I have with my home. I don't like dealing with the larger companies because I appreciate the customer service that you can get from individuals. I had an appointment with Jacob for 2 pm yesterday. He did not show up. He did not answer my phone call. He contacted me this morning to say he overslept. That is not acceptable.

Jacob is a very nice guy and I believe he is very knowledgeable on the subject matter and likely would do a stand up job. But there are plenty of electricians in Nashville who will show up to their appointments.
