I would HIGHLY recommend KS Electric. We bought our home in Brentwood just a year ago. While the electrical passed inspection, we later found numerous issues issues left by the previous owners who had some handy man do their electrical. We had three way switches not working, lights flickering, unsafe wiring outside. After our dimmer went out in the kitchen I needed someone fast. KS Electric was prompt to communicate and provided a very competitive bid. He came out the same day and completed the work. He even fixed some additional items that were found once we opened up the outlets. He communicated at each step of the way and held the pricing to our original bid even though he did more than what was quoted. He was extremely reasonable and I will he using him for some additional. It's not often I say it was a pleasure when working with tradesman but I can't say enough good things about the experience. My wife is happy to have lighting again.

Our new dishwasher had increasingly been experiencing trouble finishing its wash cycle since we had it installed a few months ago. One night as I was running a wash cycle before bed it flickered and beeped and then was dead along with the microwave. I ran downstairs to the breaker panel and heard it making some questionable noises, so I turned off the circuit for my kitchen appliances and the noise stopped.

After a quick internet search I found Jacob the Electrician. The reviews were positive and seemed legit so first thing the next morning I called and left a message. Almost immediately I was contacted by Chris who asked me some questions about my issue and had me send in pictures of my breaker panel. Shortly thereafter he arrived with the parts needed to fix the circuit that had failed. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently and my dishwasher and microwave were back up and running in no time. The cost was very reasonable especially considering the turn around time on the repair.

I have contact this person. He responded to me and has not kept any obligation of the time that he's going to do the work. Respond to me that he would be here today at 3:00 it's 4:17. Poor service for obligation and poor business good luck in your business and your future you have a good. You should have called me text me and respond if you're not able to make it I could have got somebody else.
